The Bay Leaf Resort

I hv opted this property to spend holidays with my family and 2 other families. The owner firstly ask me to book the place personally but not from Airbnb. Property at first sight was not as it was shown in the pictures, then property was in such a dirty stage that we had to ask them to clean it then only. The sheets were dirty. Toiletries, towels,even hand towels were not available. Basic facilities were neglected by the owner. Attendent was drunk and was disturbing till late night. Most importantly the owner was so rude and authoritative and he threatened us to leave the property. I would never recommend this property even in dream.

Excellent Stay ! I recently had the pleasure of staying at bay leaf Resort in Shimla. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff were evident. It was best. The location of the hotel is ideal, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The property is well-maintained, and every corner exudes charm and warmth, perfectly complementing the serene beauty of Shimla. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities you could need. One of the highlights was the food - the in-house restaurant served delicious meals, from local Himachali dishes to a variety of continental options. Each meal was freshly prepared and full of flavor. The staff truly made my stay special. They were always available to assist with travel tips, arranging transport, and making sure I felt at home. I look forward to visiting again soon!

I stayed one day in this property. It was really quite and peaceful. The rooms were clean n perfect...I really felt like my home...and cost was also low. Good scenic valley view. I prefer this property to all.

Stay at bay leaf resort during our visit to Shimla is very comfortable. The cleanliness, the view and parking facility stood out. It felt like staying at home. All sight seeing locations are easy drive from this place. The property's manager Abhishek is very cordial and Meena didi, house help is also very cordial. The food prepared on order basis feels like home food and on top we can have a customised style of cooking.

The resort rooms and kitchen was unhygienic... The promised services were not provided... No toiletries were provided... The owner Abhishek was very rude... Attendant was drunk and was distributing continuously till 12 at midnight without calling without any reason... The area is a hill station where temperatures go to minus temperatures still not enough blankets and heaters were given... When asked for an extra mattress Abhishek denied our request... Worst experience ever...

Wonderful stay at Hotel Bay Leaf . Free Wifi was very good , and parking was hassle free. Abhishek is a great host. Amazing view of shil from this place. Will visit again definitely

So , i have been there for 2 days .. but the facility which have been shown and provided it's totally different .. just like the kitchen on the time of ordering it was included but at the time of using there was a caretaker ... Who lock the kitchen so that we cannot use ... She asked us for other 500 rs ... Even we were not making food it's just we want to boil some water... And whenever we leave she always cross check the rooms ... Without our permission .... So I suggest to plz not waste your money over there ... Aunty is very chalak .... Ek blanket kya le liyaa ... Uske bhi alg paise do... So totally waste of money and the facilities...

Top class facilities....Truly taken away by the view from the resort. The most important FREE parking facility in the city, like Shimla. Very thankful to Mr. Abhishek
