I had an amazing experience staying at Snow Valley Resort. The ambiance was peaceful and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking--waking up to the scenic beauty was a treat in itself. The entire staff was extremely courteous, cooperative, and always ready to help. Their prompt service and warm hospitality truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable vacation.

I have to say Snow Valley Resort in Shimla surpassed all my expectations since we just enjoyed staying there. The property is perfectly situated among lush greenery with stunning views of the neighboring hills and valleys. Every morning, we wake up to the quiet beauty of Shimla. || The resort's amenities are first-rate. Spacious, clean, well-equipped rooms with all modern amenities guarantee a really comfortable stay. "Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the comfortable beds and the stocked mini-fridge. The food at the resort restaurant was simply delicious, and we enjoyed the every dishes during our stay. The pool area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind, We also found the location to be fantastic. The stay was nice. The best was the food they served was according to our requirement of jain food. They prepared us variety of dishes as per requirement. The service was up to mark. Best hotel in shimla. Cleanliness is up to mark. The best view of vally.

The hotel stay was pretty comfortable and the staff was very prominent. Every time I asked they were there with the request and food view. Everything is perfect. Staff is very polite and hotel provides all you need from a hotel - Nice view , excellent food , good room and basic activities for adults and kids. Would recommend this hotel for family stay. The location is close to railway station and mall road is also approachable.

This is not a place where you can enjoy your vacation.The exeecutive room was very dirty and had a constant bed smell, like drains, 24 hours a day . Even though they changed my room twice, the problem remained. The laundry service was not on time and when we finally received it, the clothes were not properly dried. paying more than 11000 RS per night was definitely not worth it.
