Good experience.......... I had a pleasant stay at hotel valley heights with my family. The hotel is nice and clean and very well manged. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Welcome drinks were provided on arrival which is good and refreshing. My room was clean and comfortable, same as the washrooms. The housekeeping staff did a good job. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. The food quality was good with good veg and non-veg options. We tried Some dishes from buffet which were excellent too. The breakfast options were extremely good and we enjoyed a lot. We appreciate all your efforts in making my stay enjoyable. I look forward to visiting your hotel again.

It was a pleasant stay. The front office staff was really helpful. They gave us few complementary items which I really appreciate. There were sufficient items in the Buffet and the breakfast was really good. They have ample of parking space so you need not worry about your car. Overall, I had a great experience.

We stayed for couple of nights and it was such a amazing experience. Highly recommend to all who wants to come to Shimla with friends and family. The location is prime just few km before the main Shimla city with a mesmerizing view of sunset from the balcony. The staff is humble and very helpful who never says NO to any of your request at any time of the day and night. Special mention GM ( Kuldeep Sharma) who pays personal attention and care was much appreciated. I wondered when he ever rest as I saw him in the morning in hotel reception when I went down for a walk after dinner late night he was still in the premises.| |The room is spacious , clean and well maintenance. We have got a room with sunset view as requested with beautiful ambience.||The staff are friendly and attentive including Security, Front Desk and Housekeeping all pays attention towards their guest .||Our family friend recommends this hotel to my family. The room was very clean and neat. The view from the room was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious, coffee a must try. Staff was polite and welcoming. Restaurant team was amazing and Reception team was very helpful. Definitely recommending to all.

Pathetic service by the hotel staff. Horrible experience and waste of money staying at this hotel Despite booking a premium room with balcony, we came across - 1. Empty body wash and handwash bottles 2. Room service is absolutely pathetic, they have no concern about your well being or being hospitable, after 10.30pm they'll not even provide you a biscuit or bread butter despite knowing there's no food delivery options nearby 3. Extremely Poor wifi connectivity 4. Mentioned bonfire is included, we waited for 2hrs but the staff did not light it stating there are no guests. However, many guests came to the terrace and left due to cold. 5. The room heavily smelled of cigarettes when we checked-in 6. Food is not allowed on the terrace, which is pretty much non-functional except the seating area. 7. Low privacy in the rooms 8. Room with balcony has partial view only, rest of it is blocked by the adjacent building 9. Cramped parking space Overall this hotel is very poor in terms of hospitality, staff is just doing enough to cover for their job , they're not concerned about anything else. For this budget, you can find much better properties in Shimla, don't waste your money here.

We had a memorable stay at this beautiful property. Had read the fabulous reviews and the property did live up to that. It's a perfect getaway especially if you want peace, tranquility and a great jungle vibe. The location is ideal and hotel is iaccessible from the highway yet seems not so far away from the maddening crowd of touristy Shimla. Food was lip smackingly good. But what is worth mentioning is the exceptional service. The staff is super professional and leave no room to keep the guests happy. This is one resort that takes the word hospitality in real manner.

The stay is comfortable and the place is really beautiful with a magnificent view of snow capped mountains ranges. Staff is highly professional and service is fast whatever you order will be there in your room with in no time.Breakfast spread is good as well as the quality. Rooms having a mountain view with sunset is very eye appealing. No doubt anyone can come . Highly recommend.
