Nice room and all. The things

1.Location is far away from Mall 2.Staffs are very rude and will tell you can check out if you have any complain 3.Rooms are having bad smells 4.Toilet flush not working in some room, Water leakage from toilet pipes. 5.To reach your room you have to up/down at least 40stairs even for the 1st floor room. So, don't even think of for staying at this property

One of the pathetic place to stay I have ever seen. In every room you will find spider atleast one. Smelly blankets and bedsheets. Many bathrooms lights not working. I changed 4 rooms within resort to get a room where I would have slept. Rude behavior of staff. Hot water after 6 am is myth here. Don't stay by just thinking it's cheap. Amazed that how people have rated 4+ in Oyo. People of hotel seems to be goons.

Very bad Behavior. I booked this Hotel for 3 Days, And That was the biggest mistake of my life. First I reached at 9 PM and showed them the conformed booking or paid booking for 3 days via OYO. He just denied that they don't accepting any oyo booking specially If you got great discount or make payment less than 1600. After so many Arguments, He left us at the hotels reception and go back to his home. Me and my friends were waiting for him from more than 3 hrs at reception. After that we finally decided to go to an other hotel. So guys if you are going to book this hotel do not make payment Before check in.

Room was dirty, damped and stinking. Service was below average. No gyser and toilet pot condition was not good. Very disappointing. Also their property listed at oyo but if book it by applying and promo codes run by oyo they will not entertain it they will say you have paid less and they will not entertain about your needs

We had a very harrowing experience at this hotel. We had booked two weeks in advance through OYO. However, when we reached the hotel for check-in, we were initially denied any room. They said they wouldn't allow any prepaid booking from OYO as they had long pending payments from OYO. I called up OYO customer care number searching from google (OYO doesn't have customer care number even in their own app). Their customer care executive then resolved the problem in about 15-20 min. The hotel manager then allowed us check-in. We had dinner and breakfast included in our booking. After we reminded for the dinner, we were served only veg thali, as they said they had only thali available - not sure how much true it was. Next morning, when we asked for breakfast, the hotel manager simply denied to provide us with breakfast. He was quite rude, not even willing to have a look at the booking details provided by OYO. He was simply saying that he had done a great favor in providing dinner for free (even when it was already paid during booking), now he wouldn't provide breakfast to us at all. I had to call up OYO customer care again. The OYO guys were trying to reach the hotel, the manager didn't pick up the call. When the customer care executive called me to make him talk to the hotel manager, he simply refused to talk to OYO executive. I had then no option but to check-out and leave the hotel without breakfast and asked OYO to make refund for my breakfast which they agreed later. I find gaps on both the parts of OYO as well as the hotel. OYO shouldn't allow such prepaid booking in this hotel. I am sure OYO must be knowing the problem with this hotel. This particular problem with me cannot be the first one with this hotel for OYO. On the hotel's part, I think, the hotel is also at a bigger fault. If they don't allow prepaid booking, why on earth they took my booking in the first place? They should have simply refused the booking earlier, why refusing me at the time of check-in? Moreover, the services and facilities of the hotel are also very shoddy. The hotel manager was non-cooperative too with us from the beginning - maybe because our booking was from OYO (but not sure). The rooms were also not at all good. The walls were full of seepage. To hide this to some extent, they had put up plywood boards on all walls up to a height of around 3 feet from the floor. These bare boards were looking really ugly. TV was not working in one of the rooms we were allocated. The cable from the antenna was jutting out of the wall and dangling openly (pictures attached). One of the bathrooms were overflowing with water from cistern. Upon requesting to repair that or change the room, the hotel manager initially refused both. Some time later, he changed our room on his own (don't know why he refused initially). There was no hot water in the wash basin. There is hardly anything in the immediate vicinity of this hotel. In the evening, the surrounding is totally dark, nothing to be found nearby. Even google map was directing us to a place where there is no hotel. Beware if you are following google map for this particular hotel! We had really a hard time locating this hotel in the dark. They were also reluctant to carry the luggage with us from our car to the rooms three floors down the stairs (which is usually provided by all hotels proactively). There were no linen and toiletries initially in the rooms. We had to ask for them several times. We asked for some additional bed linen, but they refused. I don't think this hotel is at all worth the rent we had paid. Another thing caught my attention. While booking, the name of the hotel was shown as "Ivy Resort". But upon arrival, we found the name as "Ivy Homestay"! First of all, people should avoid booking through OYO. Even if they do so, I suggest to call up the hotel well before the stay to check the status of the booking. Remember, OYO doesn't provide direct number to any hotel you book. Personally, I would not recommend anyone to this particular hotel at all.
