Ivy resorts

Really bad experience. The room was dingy and there was water seepage in the walls. It was smelling of wet rotten fabric. There is no lift here. My parents had to climb up and down 4 floors. Glad that we booked this one for just a 3 hrs halt to freshen up.

Worst staff behaviour Do not visit here

The rooms and location are fine but the service is so poor. The staff is rude and everytime they see your face will ask for some or the other amount. They don't have proper communication among themselves will surely spoil your mood over unnecessary complaints they do. The main negative factor is their reception staff being unfriendly and rude to the guests. No hospitality has been shown.

The one who have rated 5 star (Atul Sood) is the owner himself. Don't fall in the trap. Owner cancelled our prepaid booking and we were left stranded without any stay apart from losing our money.

ivy resort is not 1 km away from mall road it is 5 to 6 km away from mall road. This resort is in Lal Pani, there is no bus available easily if you are going to visit Shimla. Forgotten Room at Ivy Resort Don't book there, you will have to face a lot of difficulties while traveling there. You will be left in coming and going there. This resort is very low in the mountains, better than this you can go there and take a hotel on the Mall Road. The owner of Ivy resort talks to Batmiji with the customer by abusing them and the service there is also very bad.

I had booked here room for one day through make my trip,but when we reach here, they told us we have no vacant room even I have my booking I'd no.customer is totally ignored Wrost experience.no loyalty is there. They gave our room to other at high payment than mentioned on make my trip app.

Don't book. It's located too odd darkness in night road side and room are in underground use stairs and room not having fan also bathrooms worst situation geaser not working.
