I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shiwalik Regency in Shimla. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the hills and easy access to the Mall Road. A special thanks to Manager mr. Koul singh and miss. Ruchi sharma And Manager Mr. Shubham kanwar for their exceptional hospitality and attentiveness--they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious, especially the local dishes. Since booking the room & arrive to hotel , we found everything is very nice . The hotel staff is really nice & well behave to understand customer requirements . Rooms are very affordable and neat clean. Hotel ambience is very nice. The person Mr Qual Singh Hotel manager is very nice person. MR vijay Rana is very fantastic person since booking the room till leave the property , over all experience is Memorable with this hotel. Please visit this property at very close mall road Shimla

As a single mother of two I would rare it 5*. Location wise it's not exactly on main mall road but behind church next to jakhu ropeway. U can reach Ridge in exactly 5 mins. See shimla is all about walks uphill or downhill u have to walk! Car are not allowed no public transport. Lift is on the other end of the main mall road. So either u can go there crossing whole rush of mall road or take a short cut but it's very hilly! My pick and drop to lift were bother arranged by hotel free. So I had no issue. It's a neat and clean premise and price u pay is reasonable for what they are offering. Manager Vijay is gentle guy always ready to help and very accommodating. Driver kuldip uncle is also nice. One thing they need to improve is food. Please hire good north Indian chefs.

We have stayed at this property for 2 days, we have booked corner deluxe. And I must say, stay over here is very comfortable and room is clean, spacious and ventilated, from balcony I got very nice view especially in the night and early morning . About location This property is just beside Jakhoo temple ropeway, just walkable distance from mall road, the christ church, ridge. Staffs are very polite, helpful. They provide vehicle from mall road lift to hotel, as vehicles are not allowed in Mall road.

The rooms were very good . Services were top notch the manager was very helpful and cooperative very disciplined .They had the cab service from the lift to the hotel that chachu uncle was very sweet .The view was omg beautiful view we had a monkey guest at the balcony.The stay was very memorable and close to my heart.I would recommend everyone to stay atleast for two days .very reasonable price at great 3 star rooms . Surely will stay again.

One of the oldest and classic hotel in Shimla valley. The hotel located at the upper valley of Mall road. Lift or shuttle service needed from the hotel authority to get to the hotel. It is calm and comfortable staying there. Pleasant view from the balcony.
