Absolutely Horrible Experience - Do NOT Book This Hotel!||I was completely misled by the listing. The owner blatantly lied about the location of the hotel -- it was nowhere near where it was supposed to be, and it turned out to be in an extremely inconvenient, remote area, far from everything. Getting there was a nightmare, and once I arrived, things only got worse.||The hotel itself was in terrible condition, but the worst part was the disgustingly dirty bed linen. It was stained, smelled awful, and clearly hadn't been changed or cleaned properly in a long time. I felt sick just looking at it.||This place is a scam -- the owner is dishonest, the hygiene is unacceptable, and the location is a logistical disaster. Avoid at all costs.

No Rahat = Rahat Regency Hotel One of the Worst Hotel Experiences - Disappointing Stay at Rahat Regency, Shimla We had a 2-day hotel booking with Rahat Regency for our Shimla tour, and unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the hotel staff's behavior and service were completely unacceptable. The receptionist was unresponsive, and none of the staff members seemed to care about guest comfort. Basic facilities were very poorly managed. Food was not prepared or served on time, and even something as simple as drinking water had to be requested multiple times during meals. It felt like the staff needed constant reminders to do even the most basic tasks. Even the basic water supply for washing wasn't available 24/7. We had to keep calling the staff and saying things like "Bhaiya, pani khatam ho gaya hai--water machine chalu karo" just to get running water. Their attitude was extremely careless--like "aag lage basti mein, hum to apni masti mein." The food quality was below average--vegetables were undercooked, tasted bad, and seemed to be the same mix every time. We had to wait a long time for chapatis, rice, and sabzi. Nothing was served on time, and the overall dining experience was very frustrating. The room was not at all like the pictures shown online. The bedding was average, and the blankets had a strong, unpleasant smell--clearly not washed properly. We also had to ask multiple times just to get drinking water in the room, but no one responded promptly. Overall, the two days felt more like being stuck in a jail than being on a holiday. I'm giving them 1 star only because there's no option for a negative rating. If I could, I'd definitely give them -5 stars for their awful service and food. Absolutely not recommended.

We had a very bad experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was poor, the staff were unhelpful, and the room was not clean or comfortable. Basic amenities were missing or not working properly, and overall, the place felt neglected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely won't be coming back.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences Ever - Stay Away! My stay at Hotel Rahat Regency Shimla was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The room was in a pathetic condition - stained bedsheets, dirty walls, It felt like the place hadn't been cleaned or maintained in ages. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They behaved like they were doing us a favor just by answering a basic question. No hospitality, no courtesy. The dining hall was filthy - like an abandoned railway waiting room. Tables were sticky and unclean, and the food was horrible - stale, tasteless, and clearly not hygienically prepared. I couldn't take more than two bites. The bathroom was disgusting - broken fixtures, no proper water supply, and no cleanliness whatsoever. It honestly made me feel sick. This place calling itself a "hotel" is a joke. If you care about your trip, your health, and your peace of mind - avoid this place at all costs. Even 1 star feels generous.

I had to stay here, when I checked out, my payment was pending, that's why their call came or I cleared the balance by making hand to hand online payment, next day I checked, my few electionic items were still there, that's why I wanted to inform them by calling but they hung up the call or after picking up the call, I told them about my electronic items in the room. Well, they asked the staff members to confirm or then they started disconnecting calls or did not call support.

We are 6 friends stayed, we love food most it's delicious, staff is co operative and friendly.
