Hotel East Bourne

We booked this hotel for our marriage ceremony, and it was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our special day truly unforgettable.||The event planning team was incredibly helpful and professional. They listened carefully to our needs and made sure every detail--from the decorations to the seating arrangements--was exactly as we envisioned. The banquet hall was beautifully set up, and the ambiance was elegant and welcoming.||The guest rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy for our family and friends to relax and enjoy the celebration. Room service and housekeeping were prompt and courteous throughout the stay.||The catering was exceptional! Everyone raved about the food--everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The chefs and serving staff did an outstanding job managing such a large crowd with grace and efficiency.

Hotel East Bourne is an absolute gem and one of the finest places I've ever stayed! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty . Their hospitality reminded me of air hostesses -- polite, well-trained, warm, and always attentive without being intrusive. Every request was met with a genuine smile and quick service. The food here deserves a special mention .Every meal we had was outstanding, with a rich variety of flavors and beautifully presented dishes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner the taste and quality remained consistently top-notch. What truly adds to the charm of this place is the abundance of plants and flowers all around. It feels like you're living inside a beautiful, well-maintained garden The greenery is soothing to the eyes and adds so much freshness to the atmosphere. And most importantly -- the peace and calmness here are priceless . Away from the city noise, it's the perfect escape for anyone looking to relax and recharge in nature's lap with great hospitality and food.

We recently attended a day wedding function here. The hotel is beautiful with well maintained gardens having amazing plants and blooming flowers. The food, ambience and views were all perfect. The only reason I've given the property 3 stars is that the parking is a big issue here, and we had to face a lot of harassment particularly as we were with a small baby. The management though was apologetic and we calmed down. But my suggestion is that to avoid such situations there should be valet parking facilities, particularly on function days.

We had an exceptional experience. I celebrated the mundan ceremony of my son with my my family & relatives. the surroundings are lush green & everything is perfect.Food was amazing & so was the hospitality.Location is prime & situated in heart of the Shimla city with proper drive in facility.Location also has all amenities like swimming pool ,garden ,spa etc.Overall excellent & perfect

Amazing experience and luxury stay...food was good.. cooperative staff... pool facility... nice view.. clean room... tasty food... easy reachable........ overall amazing experience with them.... I am really enjoy this trip enjoy the pool with my friends and family

The stay was very good. We had come with small kids|The hospitality of the staff , specially the front officr stqff was excellent. Ms komal . Mr hem. Ms Deepika and Amit are extremely professional and always smiling .|Food was great and housekeeping is great too

We had a great experience with family at this hotel. |We came in April 2025. |Food is exceptional, the service staff is very very good and overall the experience was wonderful |Must consider visiting here once if In Simla.they have ample parking , banquets , spa etc
