Pathetic room smelling dirt and one of the 3rd class hotel I have ever seen. Never recommend to any of my friends and family they charge 500 rupees for so called heater which don't work and they will not refund you the money they don't clean their room all insect dirty towel bedsheet all were dirty no cleaning process if you go to 200 rupees per days wala room that room will be better then this third class room

Charging points non working, No proper supply of hot water, unhygienic rooms and charges are inappropriate according to room condition. Pathetic and worst experience. Please don't make bookings.||Worst breakfast buffet. It's joke on buffet. Food quality and options are worst

It was great initially few amenities were not there but we got a room change to deluxe room

So pathetic hotel. Never stayed in this kind of hotel ever before national or international. Now-a-days hotels has few basic standards, this one has none of it. First thing the lift was so smelly and the lift didn't had ventilator vent. When entered the room they had no air-conditioner, no fan to be more specific they had fan rod in the ceiling but no fan attached to it. After checking in there were few things which was hidden to us earlier. They have a pathetic system of hot water connection they have timing for it. You have to shower only during those hours in this cold weather. This is for the staff and owner, air-conditioner is not only for cooling the room but it also has heating system it maintains the room at optimal temperature. These are the basic requirements. For this pathetic room they charged 2700 with no basic amenities during off-season. Finally they should upgrade their facilities. The hotel looks back like 90s.
