Hotel Auckland

When I visited here, I was absolutely shocked by the location and the rooms. The place exceeded all my expectations, offering a stunning view that I hadn't anticipated. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made me feel incredibly comfortable. It was a perfect blend of luxury and warmth. I never imagined it would be so picturesque, and the overall atmosphere was beyond what I could have hoped for during my stay.

Hotel is at very good location full access to mall road and market near by. Stay was very pleasant staff was too good. We got deluxe room in basement which has beam in between making the room smaller but on other floors same room was big.

Hotel Auckland is a very beautiful hotel and the special thing here is that it is right next to a Mall Road The staff and food here are very good You can see the hills of Shimla From Hotel Rooms The rooms here are clean and a lot of attention is paid to cleanliness here I had the best experience of my life apart from that I would like to say that anyone should come to Shimla So make sure you book that hotel Auckland

Very bad experience. Ruined my holiday plan in shimla. When I arrived here I got to know my booking is shifted to another hotel managed by the same owner. We booked Auckland seeing decent reviews, but the hotel we were given was not up to the mark. The rooms were not ready, not cleaned, and basic things like soap and towels were missing. When we said that we wanted a similar hotel as Auckland, the manager behaviour was very rude. He said if we don't want the alternative hotel, we can take the advanced deposit back and look for any other hotel on our own. I saw a similar thing happening to other tourists as well. Looks like to get more profits they are miss-managing the booking for which tourists are suffering. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms and service is horrible Low water pressure on tap and showers and flush is not working. Bathroom are very small and drainage system is 3rd class my bathroom was filled up with water .. And staff was very rude they ignoreing continuously . And very important in the rooms oxygen level very low

I had a terrible experience at Auckland Hotel, Shimla. I had pre-booked two rooms well in advance, but to my shock, when I arrived on the check-in date, I was informed that those rooms had been given to other guests. This level of mismanagement and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.||The staff showed no accountability or effort to resolve the issue, leaving me stranded and stressed. If you're looking for reliable service and a smooth stay, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

Rooms of the hotel are okaish. Mattress was super skinny n kinda really bad. Service n food is good. Staff is great. I was helped by staff who looked after our stay really well.

The rooms are. Good and decent for stay, the main highlights of the hotel is it has the mall road, ridge jakkhoo temple lakkar bazar pretty close and you can go by a walk to reach these places , service was good people were friendly, rooms and washroom was good Don't expect a luxury though as its a 3 star deluxe rooms , would recommend the hotel for a stay
