Excellent space for a quiet and relaxing stay. Rooms are good and cosy enough for single/couple occupants. The location is next to the Summer Hill railway station. Photographs posted are true to the reality. There's a warm and helpful care taker in the property. Home made food is available on request, which we enjoyed. Highly recommended.

Amazing location with a beautiful well maintained garden,kitchen and drawing room.The indoor games and high speed wifi were an asset.The housekeeper Sanju was courteous and made some real sumptuous food inhouse . Parking space was a boon for a cramped Shimla . Room was well maintained and cleanliness was of high standards.Worth a repeat visit,real value for money....

The USP if the property is it's, location. Just 10 min drive from city centre but in a quiet and serene lap of nature. Difficult to find such properties in Shimla which is over crowded. A walk through the woods upto Shimla is most amazing in monsoons. Local Bus service from adjacent post office and adj train station is an added attraction. The home cooked food and mouth watering aloo parathas prepared by Sanju were just amazing. Bonfire added to our memories. The bedrooms are comfy and cozy and open into the well maintained green garden. Sure to come over for a repeat stay.....

Amazing atmosphere in a serene area with homely warmth.The home cooked food by caretaker Sanju was outstanding. Lip smacking aloo Parathas . Neatness and cleanliness was an added attraction. Property has a well maintained garden ,an ideal opportunity for kids to flex their muscles with badminton. Bonfire an added attraction.The walk in adjacent woods along the rail track was a mesmerizing experience. Sure for booking again in next trip to Shimla.

Excellent place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The hosts are warm and take great care for your every need. The place is a cosy wood panelled home with every amenity, including a great wi-fi ( which I needed). Good for a single / couple or large family, as the ancestral house has adequate rooms. The location is next to the Summer Hill railway station; quiet and green. Its close enough to visit Shimla( we walked) , but away from Shimla's bustle. There's great home made food on request, which we enjoyed. Highly recommended.

Harris lodge is one of the best places to stay if you are looking for home like stay at Shimla. The lodge clean and hygienic, all facilities, delicious food, beautiful interior and on the top of all excellent hospitality. I fully recommend it.

Great homely place to stay . Roopan ji is such a marvelous personal, he guided well and made arrangements we could not even think of. Recommended place for a homely stay. Keep it up sir.

Don't go.It is not maintained.The photos are misleading.No kitchen too.Only breakfast available.Approx 50 steps to descend to get to your room.means 50 steps to climb to go anywhere outside.
