The rooms are cramped, and the furniture is old-fashioned and tatty. My room had a double bed, although it really was only a single room. I would have preferred a single bed and more space. Also, it hadn't been cleaned properly: the carpet was dusty, and the desk was stained.

We came to this hotel to stay for like 2 days. The rooms were not good and so was the service that we had to give them multiple reminders. The staff were kinda rude. And the toilets were not working well plus there was a cockroach in our room. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is situated near the mall road. Not a yes from my side.

One of the worst resort i have ever book in my life . The staff isn't supportive . The bedsheets and pillows are very dirty . Food isn't tasty at all we get sand in chappatis even table in dining area is very dirty . Some of charging ports isnt working too . Almirah is also broken . The place is very smelly . Restrictions are very high . We book this hotel for entertainment purpose but we get trauma and mess in revert . The manager is also mannerless .

Very old furniture and in bad condition, Very bad food quality, Manager deal very badly and not cooperative, washroom door lock not working, They don't provide dental kit, shaving kit, hair shampoo ,moisturiser, Bathroom towel not very clean.Overall hotel is not recommendable

The worst hotel ever. Do not book this hotel. The hotel owner has zero manners don't know how to talk to customers. Better to stay on road than this hotel. Kindly don't waste your money booking this hotel.

Located at a very nice location... You get to see the view of city and enjoy the scenic beauty. Entrance is pretty good . Receptionist is too good the way of talking, behaviour great , service also great , staff very co-operative, also its just near the church you can walk through the mall road it's good, room was very nice and proper clean, overall the experience was too good at this hotel. I will highly recommend this hotel

Very poor hygiene and cleanliness. There was a rat in our room and management did not do anything to get rid of it. Owner has no ettiquettes on how to talk to paying customer. On reporting the issue, owner was antagonising and abusive. 0/10. Do not recommend.
