Stay! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed -- including a super comfortable bed and a stunning view! The location was perfect -- close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. We also loved the breakfast spread each morning -- fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Whether it was a quick recommendation for dinner or a friendly chat in the lobby, every interaction made us feel like valued guests. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable stay. We can't wait to come back!

Baantalai is a perfect resort in Shahtalai and excellently handled by Suman Thakur and all staff members. Also all the arrangements are so amazing, like the swimming pool facilities and foodstuff are so delicious and good. Thanks so much for giving me an amazing experience. Our stay at Baantalai Resort was truly exceptional, with a fantastic location right in the heart of Shahtalai friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and beautifully appointed rooms that were spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the stunning mountain views from the rooms made for a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

I recently visited Baantalai Resorts and while the ambience was quite good and the property looks nice, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor food hygiene. We ordered Manchow soup, and to our shock, we found a hair inside the soup. Not only that, but there were also flies flying over the food, which is unacceptable for a place that claims to be a 3-star resort. I've given one star just for the ambience and the location of the resort. The food quality was just okay, but the lack of basic hygiene ruined the experience. I've attached some photos as proof, and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness standards. Hygiene should never be compromised -- especially in the food industry.

We stayed here for my husband's birthday and had a lovely experience! Special thanks to Mr. Suman for the thoughtful decoration and delicious cake--it truly made our day. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and has a very peaceful vibe. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort was stunning, immaculately maintained, and surrounded by nature. The staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The food was exceptional--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially loved the infinity pool experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge.

Amazing Property, awesome staff... loved being there, we loved the view from our room. My daughter enjoyed their pool, pool was clean and maintained properly. Food was also nice, specially mutton rice in dinner. Breakfast was good loved the stuffed paranthas .....

Very nice rooms and comfy beds. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful. Nice pool but it could do with a clean - lots of dead insects floating in it. It takes a while to get here as the roads aren't great but nice views once you do make it!

Absolutely liked everything about Baantalai. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.| I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 11am. Their customer service is also commendable.
