The hotel is nice and very close to the bus stand. Its a comfort to have a room in this hotel. The staff is also nice and helpful. Room service is also good, they do have a bar and restaurant however not everything is available in the bar and restaurant. The quality and quantity of food is above average.||||The room does have a lot of insects in it. Spiders, flies and scorpions. Wouldn't recommend using their closets as there are insects there, the bed has some insects and always check below the seats before you sit down as that's where the spiders and scorpions are. ||||Otherwise its a nice hotel and has good rooms for 1100 INR/- (food not incld.) and it is closer to the Rohru bus stand.

Nice hotel with separate entrance so one can go-in without disturbing others also the quality of bed, cushions, pillows, blanket is good and satisfactory. Bathroom is equipped with water mixer tap and shower. Telivision, night lights, medium coloured lighting and bright white light is available so one can use according to mood and need. Service needs to be improved as after calling for something like water or tissue paper, the person takes more than 35-40 mins to fulfill the same.

It's an ok hotel in the busy marketplace of Rohru. Booked this hotel for a night before proceeding to chanshal, as we were getting a good deal of 1800rs for a room with 2 double beds that could fit our travelling group of 5 adult men. However, the only sore point was that there was no water when we checked at the middle of the night. All taps were dry and hence uainv the restroom became a big difficulty. No staff was present there to address the issue. Upon checking the watef tank on d roof, found that the other tank was full, however the tank above our room was empty. Also the main grill/channel was locked at night and one other guest who was staying there and had to leave at 4 in d morning was stuck until abt 6 or 6:30 when one of the staff opened the lock and let him out. Thereafter we used the bathroom of that vacant room for us. Food price was also nominal, however 9pm was the last time to order dinner. Also, no personal parking from hotel. U have to park ur bike or cars on the side of the road. Bikes are still ok. But for cars, it is a problem. Overall an ok and cheap place to stay for a night with the above mentioned problems

Very friendly , humble and cooperative owner. And supper courtesies staff. Made us feel very special. Rooms were very big and clean and are not expensive at all. In all loved the stay here and will definately recommend this place.

I once booked a room in this hotel, there was a scorpion and millions of insects in the hotel! Pathetic rooms with insects.
