HOTEL GRAND RIVIERA

I stayed here on a business trip. The hotel is very good. Spacious rooms, tasty food, quick service, accessibility are all good. The staff deserves special mention for quick service. They also have a plot for marriage and other social functions. They have enough parking. Overall experience was very good.

Very bad experience. The restaurant staff turned off the air conditioning. Wait times are too long. Amritsari kulcha had the stuffing of masala dosa, in chana bhatura the chana was served in butter chicken gravy and the omelette was undercooked. The staff denied any rectification.

Food quality is good but service is equally bad ..no one will attend you

The hotel had just got constructed when we checked in to it. Found the linen and rooms reasonably well maintained and furnished with quality products. The restaurant was good. The decor was simple yet modern with some good views out of the windows. The food was good as well and they seem to be doing quite well with families in from nearby areas to dine.

Good location Nice lawn garden behind the hotel. Nice to see the in the winter season. Service ok. Costly compared to the rates. Food is just Okay, most times are freshly prepared. Morning breakfast is also not buffet - cook to order
