OYO 28322 Hotel Paradise

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were both cozy and comfortable, and considering the price, it was an excellent value. I also tried their chana chole, which was not only amazing in taste but also served in generous portions. A great choice for a comfortable and satisfying stay.

Location - Parwanoo ( Not Kasauli ), located on main road. View - No view at all Price - Booked from Oyo and got a room for 2 in Rs1000, so it was ok Room quality - Okayish as AC wasn't working properly and wasn't maintained, same for TV. No coupboard as such. Bed was okay and lighting was ok too. Ventilation was there but even when the gates and windows were closed there were insects inside the room which was a pathetic experience. Room Service - Again, it was ok but nothing special to mention. Though the hotel owner was polite. Complimentary breakfast - Limited quantities of parathe ( 2 parathe per head ). So it wasn't a buffet where you can eat as much as you want. Parking - Free open parking available at the hotel.

Worst hotels in have ever been in. Rooms were okey but the bedding was worst! They gaved us used bedding and blanket. This blanket smelled so bad and even because of this there was rashes all over my legs. My legs were all so itchy, this is worst

Oyo really needs to take this review into consideration so as to keep their name in the good books of their customers. We stayed in this hotel for a night. Nowhere close to what oyo generally offers. The manager is very decent in the first place but has a very different face to see when it comes to customer requests. Out of four rooms that we booked one didnot have clean blankets. He was requested to provide the same and he simply mentioned what is there in the almirah is what I can offer and he went to sleep in the next room. He Banged his door and murmured some abuses and locked himself from inside. The next morning another room didnot get water in the washroom. He was told by the helper that u should sleep for now we will see later. What kind of a response is this? The family was already unwell and needed water badly for the morning routines. It's then when we as customers had to raise voice and get things done! The food however is homely. Won't recommend to anyone!

It is the worst hotel in parwanoo. The old man at the reception is very worst man. He even don't know how to speak with the customer. So it is my opinion please don't visit this hotel. I have a very worst experience at the reception of this hotel.

One of the worst experience to stay here. No room service despite calling. We have to leave the hotel without morning tea as there was no service. No intercom service3is available. Staff is not picking the given mobile numbers. Very poor experience. Worst food and staff.

Best property in parwanoo with spacious rooms and very famous for corporates, rooms space is very good plus the services they provide raises their bar of expectation, hotel is on the road with accurate location which helps to reach their accordingly, view of room the property is average but the services part covers them.

Very good service, tasty food and humble staff. Must stay there very good environment
