Hotel gagan palace

In my regular visit to Parwanoo, I had to stay there for 2-3 days. As my train got late, I had to check in the hotel in late night. The hotel was small one like a lodge. I found it ok initially. But later experience was disappointing for me.||It was rainy season and it rained heavily at night. It was just like scene we see in horror movie. Heavy rain, wind coming inside the room, one broken window through which cold winds coming on the body, one window opening - closing due to winds making bad sound. I tried to close the windows, I could close only one of them. However cold was shivering me. There was no provision made by room personnel for chaddar. Only pillow was there. I took shawl from by bag and had to take for warmth. I also called room personnel by phone but in vain. I personally went down the floor and wake up the fellow there. His response was shocking 'We will see the matter in the morning" He was least concerned with my sleep and comfort and he slept in few seconds again !||I had to continue to try to sleep with the cold winds coming in with small droplets of rain water. Thankfully the bed didnt got wet. I managed the night with my shawl only. In the morning I decided to check out the hotel ASAP. I couldnt continue there as the hotel and their service wasnt upto the mark, in fact bad. I checked in in another hotel and crossed this hotel in future. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. They will have to improve a lot.

But this needs renovation nd cleanliness too for better comfort to Guests
