OYO 31114 Hotel Pal Regency

I had visited their restaurant on July 25, 2023. We noticed that there was not a single customer sitting there. However, we were hungry and ordered breakfast. Tables were totally unhygienic and atmosphere was not good. Food came after 30 minutes which was a bit late but we understand and didn't react. We were furious when we noticed a plastic cutting edge inside one vegetable sandwich which our 6 years old child was having, fortunately he didn't swallowed and throw it out. I was thinking as a part of cabbage but i was wrong when I touched it indeed it was a cutting part (edge) of plastic. on calling the staff they said its by mistake they cut the plastic pack of cream used for sandwich and gone in to the sandwich, it was so horrible to see their carelessness and it was just a mistake. Please imagine that our child was having that sandwich we were tourist there in case something happened to him where we were standing. There was no manager to inform the incident. hence i took some pics to post it online to make others aware about this. Experience which i cannot forget.

Worst experience, Uncleaned Washroom and unhygienic beds. Pillows and blankets were having lots of hair. We came for official purpose, and Wifi not available inside the room if you want to use wifi you can use slow internet in corridors. We paid for breakfast too because they said it will available by 8am. When I checked them at 8 they are saying cook hasn't come yet. Poor work experience from staff side. Bad choice to stay at Hotel Pal regency. Better opt some other place

Good option in the heart of Paonta Sahib town. Location is just in front of Darbar Sahib and easily accessible from Bus stand and the main market. This is a budget hotel and will provide quite good service. Rooms are categorised in three categories just differ in room size nothing else. A multi cuisine vegetarian restaurant is available here.

Nice hotel at good location in market and front of gurudwara. Staff is nice but room offered on day two was not GD. Cupboard was not clean. Shower pressure on third floor was not enough for bath. Bedsheets were not perfectly clean.

Very rude Manager (Mr. Gambhir Rana) with bad experience of stay. Food quality was so bad that having hair in food. There is only and only location benefits as it is just opposite to Gurudwara Sahib otherwise it's not at all worth to stay with family over there.

Nice hotel with attentive staff. Good hotel but prices were slightly high as i was there on peak of the season. We booked 2 rooms and found room service menus have different prices. Which we informed to hotel management but they didn't believed us and charged us as per the higher one only. However we paid for the amount and didn't argues on the issue.

Not upto the mark it's very small room hotel,no card payment & it's a guest house type only and room rent should be 1000k only. Goibibo also charging high 2300rs online you can book hotel directly on low cost around 1400rs to 1600rs per night.
