Checked me in with a false promise that they will charge Rs 2500 for a day but during checkout they actually charged 5000. Even the receptionist who made the deal with me during check in, clearly denied that he hasn't made such promise and when I approached an enquiry, they threatened me that they will call the police if i don't pay. I can produce several local friends of paonta sahib eye witnesses who have seen this through along with me who were there during my check in. Please be careful before checking in. I don't want people to face the same situation i have faced at this hotel. The staffs were rude and thought they can scam people.

No proper food no taste room is no painting wall food is not tasty no how to customer service is not satisfied.

Rooms are excellent with blower facility which only a few hotels provide especially in a place like Poanta Sahib. The ambience is also nice. Its only that if they give you a discount of 200 bucks they will drop down on hospitality by telling you no breakfast for you. which I personally felt insulting and not at all hospitable.

Great facilities, extremely courteous staff with high degree of hospitality, well maintained property with modern fittings and a soothing peaceful ambience. Lastly impeccable food taste, quality and quantity. One of the best hotels in poanta sahib!!

Hotel Restaurant Review Dry style paneer Tikka served in typical way. We also like their saag paneer and honey chilly cauliflower. Comfortable atmosphere for calm and leisurely dining. Nice views overlooking hills from 3rd floor view, with elevator access if you can manage the 10 steps entry to lobby. Note this hotel offers a rooftop and basement function spaces suitable for family parties such as retirement or 50th anniversary. Challenges of parking typical to market may be worth overcoming for a special event.

Nice Rooms , Service and Location

Nice place to stay if you are coming to Paonta Sahib. Good restaurant present indoor and as well as outdoor which gives a scenic view from rooftop.
