Hotel Pontika

We chose this hotel because of its location. It's situated right across the Gurudwara Sahib and in the main market. The beds were clean but overall the room was very dirty. There was a thick layer of dust over the furniture. The paint was peeling off the walls and there were cobwebs. The bathroom was also not clean. The staff was Ok. We didn't order any food from its Cafe. The rates were pocket friendly.

Location is good,just opposite to gurudwara Sahib, behaviour of their staff was not good. Thats why given 2 stars for service. Some rooms are good. But some rooms was not good as per rent. 1500 for a day and 3000 for double beds

Staff are always missing, have to call 10 times just to bring a breakfast which was only 2 parantha n that came aftr 45 min. Reception is only aftr our payment and when are you checking out. Ohh ya dont order food from hotel, becuz rice are uncooked, takes ages to bring the food. If i have the option give negative then i wld give -100.

Great service with best management. We stayed there for two nights and 3 days in December with family.very nice view and bear gurudwara shri paonta sahib. Reception boy is very nice frankly and helpfull

its very near to the Gurdwara sahib. the entrance is very small. They have many rooms from very to small to big ones. some rooms are pretty good but some are too small. They dont maintain proper cleanlinesa. although for just staying the night you can opt for it

Very bad stay...staf is very careless about guest..if you thirsty and night so forgot please for water in this hotel....bad experience overall bad thing in this hotel.... cleanliness in not at there....stay at your risk...please don't stay at this location check out please other places..it is very bad for this better location...Bhai koi bhi aana to soch samjh kar mera experience bhot bekaar hai..

Its a pleasant and homely experience staying at hotel pontika .All Staff member are very professional and cordial . the fares are also very reasonable . whenever i visit paonta sahib.hotel pontika is my first choice.

One of the best situated hotels in paonta sahib.walking distance from paonta sahib bus stand and Gurudwara Sahib .this is most preferred by travellers. Staff is very frankly & manager is very helpful very nice
