Hotel City Heart

There are 2 hotels with the same name side by side. I stayed at the one which is the older looking building with balconies. I got a room for Rs. 700 which I believe is their standard rate for a basic room for single person. My room's geyser was not working so the manager - Mr. Ved moved me to an another better room. Clean bedsheets, blankets and toilet. The manager is a very polite and decent man. I was late outside for dinner, so he rang me up at 10.45 PM and asked me to call him so that he can get the main hotel entrance gate open for me when I am back. Very satisfied with my stay. Recommended. Rates are higher on side, staff Good but need more trained staff, no even giving water bottle complimentary

Small but clean hotel with 10-12 rooms, bang opposite to Gurudwara Paonta Sahib. Entrance and staircases need modification. Overall good place to stay in Paonta Sahib.

Location is just opposite Gurudwara Paonta Sahib ji. Some issues in the bathroom - cleaning and hot water. Value for money wise ok.

Terrible hotel service don't know how to talk with customer water are not coming from tap beds are not comfortable pal regency is better than this hotel and comfortable stay in that at same budget

So dirty room and toilet Dirty bedsheet and pillow cover Don't deserve 1 star even.
