Capital O 29295 Rockwood Resort

This hotel is located on the main road approx 4kms away from the famous Paonta Sahib Gurudwara. It has a restaurant with great vegetarian food options. The food was good. The staff is polite. There was some confusion while allotting the rooms as the room required were not available so we had to adjust for 1 day with a smaller room.

Rockwood Resort is very nice property. Hospitality is very good. Food is excellent. Service is quick. Property is highway touch. Manager Mr. Aalok is cooperative by nature. Rooms are clean and neat. Ambience is fantastic. I came with stay for 2 nights with my family. But we enjoyed and extended our stay of more 2 days. Food is qualitative and excellent .

Beautiful road touch location. Feeling of home away from home came when we arrived this Resort. Nice management, quick service, amazing amenities, helpful staff. Quick check inns check out procedure. Yummy food. All the rooms are air conditioned and spacious. This is the finest Resort property in Paonta sahib and is well suited to both business and leisure travelers. Have Restaurant, Conference hall, bar etc. Owner has one more beautiful hotel property with same name and located in near by area.

Hotel Rockwood resort is at Batapul Chowk (Now renamed as Mahadev Chowk) on the Yamuna Nagar highway to the right side. I went for a function in banquet hall. This is my first visit and review is based on this visit only. Hotel is located on the prime location. Hotel has its own parking in the basement. Lift facility is available. Restaurant is located on the ground floor adjacent to reception. Banquet hall is air conditioned. Food is great and service is superb. Full marks for the cleanliness. Hotel is newly constructed and approx 5 kms from the city centre. It is third hotel in the city apart from Rockwood and Rockstar.

Very annoying bad staff don't try to see rooms. Insects are in room. After mopping a dirty smell came. Food quality is very low and at the time of checkout no management seen our excess payment not refunded by hotel staff. And surely donr book online . See sweting on my face no fan in corridor.

Visited Paonta Sahib for IIM Sirmaur admission & stayed at this place. Quiet good and peaceful. Staff r very courteous, food is ok and no other source. But away from town. No cabs, but only autorickshaws, making it bit difficult to enter into town. IIM is 8kms

Hospitality and service providers have reached a point where you don't have to work too hard to reach the standard required. Money is the first requirement and some realistic imagination. However, there is no end to the needs of guests and the faults that are pointed out by seasoned Hospitality Auditors like me. The most glaring shortcoming is that, in this age, the management has probably never heard of Sugar Free. Hence, you just have to manage on your own; there's no apology nor any attempt or promise to get it next time. Doormats are not available outside the washrooms and the normally-present toilet brush is missing. But, the hotel is really imaginatively constructed with the facility of a rooftop area for partying. The food takes the cake; tasty and really liked by all of us, young and old. Loved it!

Very very very bad experience with the general manager over their. Anything promised wont be completed ,kitchen staff is still good but the gm over their Mr Deepak Prashar will promise you many things and at last day he would say ho nahi raha bhai kya karre. Dont listen to him. Be safe
