Amazing place for relaxing away from everything location it grate. 5 Starts service right from check in Mt. Sunil did that part great guy. Rooms were neat and clean. Great food and great view from roof top restaurant. Mr.Vikas,Neha, Vanshika and Akanksha very polite and professional severs loved how they treat you. And Mr Vijay and Ranjit Dogra G menagers very helpful full to navigate us about soundings. I will for sure come back and also highly recommend all my friends and family to visit atlist once.

The room were very clean and the fact we booked breakfast including was a good decision they had variety in their buffet and atmosphere was awesome. They were also polite to adjust 3 guests in one room and it is also a destination wedding location. Lobby staff was very humble

Although my stay at juSTa Palampur Resort & Convention Centre was in May 2024, I feel it's important to share my experience, even if a bit late.||||The hotel is conveniently located from Dharamshala, offering comfortable rooms and a peaceful ambiance. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff.||||During my stay, I faced a medical emergency at midnight and had to rush to the hospital. The reception staff not only assisted me promptly but also stayed with me at the hospital until morning, ensuring I was well taken care of. Their kindness and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to handle.||||I am truly grateful for their support and highly recommend this hotel--not just for its location and amenities, but for the outstanding care and professionalism of the staff. A big thank you to the juSTa Palampur team!

Scathing 1-Star Review: A Disgrace to the "4-Star" Label - Avoid at All Costs! Title: "Worst Hotel Experience - Filthy, Noisy, and Unprofessional!" My 6-day stay at this so-called "4-star hotel" was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. If I could give ZERO stars , I would. Here's why: 1. Disgusting Smell & Unhygienic Conditions - The toilet smell in the room was unbearable --like sewage had leaked into the walls. - Despite changing rooms FOUR times in the first two days, every room had the same foul odor . - Housekeeping did nothing except spray cheap air freshener to mask the stench. 2. Broken WiFi & Constant Hassles - WiFi never worked properly , yet staff kept blaming my devices instead of fixing their system. - They moved me multiple times , each time giving me a worse room than before. - Still had the audacity to charge extra for a "premium" room that was just as bad! 3. Dangerous Room Conditions - Injury Risk! - The "prime room" they gave me had a broken wooden floor with exposed screws . - I hurt my foot on a protruding nail --unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4-star! - Instead of fixing it immediately, they sent a carpenter at 10 PM , hammering away while I was trying to sleep! 4. Harassment for Restaurant Orders & Breakfast - Non-stop calls pressuring me to order from their overpriced restaurant . - Aggressive wake-up calls every morning demanding I go for breakfast-- no privacy or peace! Final Verdict: A Complete Scam! This hotel does NOT deserve even 1 star , let alone 4. It's dirty, poorly managed, and unsafe . The staff doesn't care about guests--only extracting more money . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I will never return and will warn everyone to stay far away. Rating: (1/5 - A Total Disaster)

We initially came to Justa Hotel Palampur for my friend's engagement, but the exceptional hospitality from Vijay Dogra, Arun, and Neha, combined with the stunning view of the Dhauladhar ranges, made us extend our stay for another night. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff truly made us feel at home.||The food at the in-house restaurant, Kaafal, was fantastic--every dish was delicious, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The care and attention to detail were evident in both the food and the service.||I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone visiting Palampur. It's the perfect blend of great hospitality, comfort, and amazing food. Thank you, Vijay, Arun, and Neha, for making our stay unforgettable!

Our stay at JuSTa Palampur was absolutely delightful! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and we especially loved the rooftop breakfast buffet.We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Recently had a visit in May, 2025, The new rooms are very good and comfortable. The Restaurant which is recently constructed is excellent, Food was good specially breakfast. Overall had a wonderful experience. Stayed for 2nd time. Special thanks to Deepak Thakur who attended us during restaurant services.
