We understand that pricing and cleanliness are key factors in choosing accommodations. My Review Rooms size are small and not clean TV not working Washrooms are not clean No positive response from staff and receiption Overall experience is not good.

Perfect example of how to ruin a perfectly built hotel at great location. Rooms are always dirty,I found webs on curtain and on doors,also linen on pillow and bed was dirty with several black spots. Geysers in washroom at 100 series are non functional,also there is earth leakage issue with them. One can easily get an electric shock. Rooms service is non existent. I suggested owner to look into the Google reviews and do the needful. Rooms are spacious. Location of hotel is on NH. Lift is also there. Not recommended till they improvise on above points. I stayed with my wife for 1 night.

Worst hotel i have ever seen.. best example of ruining a property. Staff is very rude. Pathetic service. Do not go to this hotel ever. Washrooms are too dirty. Very bad experience. I could have given -1 if possible.

The hotel is at a key location, bang on the highway, however, it fails in providing essential services in a failsafe method. The AC wasn't working initially, then the issue got resolved after 90 mins but it again got switched off in a while and was down throughout the night. The lift also wasn't functional. Hygiene was fair. Overall, a fair hotel - a little overpriced obviously because it is on the highway, but fails to provide commensurate services.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Mandi.. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager.... The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible , facilities are fabulous..(appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!. . . Date of stay - 8 june...

Bad experience at hotel, no TV is working, staff behavior is pathetic, no ANY food items available , room is full of mosquitoes, never ever take this hitel again

Bad bad bad nd more than worst experience ever of my life. Bad service.. wait for more than 2 hours for dinner.. you can't use geyser it will give you shocked if you turn it on. Statement by hotel staff.. too much mosquito in room. And they don't have any spray for that. Dirty nd dust full pillow nd beds. Very smelly reception. Staff serving you with dirty clothes and without taking shower. When you ask for bill they denied and if you insist they will charge you more then room rent for bill. Asked me to pay 400rs +gst extra for room bill. I am regular traveler of Himachal but this time such a bad and worst experience in last 15 years.. waited for more than 1 hour for my room bill and staff saying person is not available who provide you bill. Also sharing the pic of reception. You guys can check the dust on Crouch. Road side Security guard sleeping at the door of reception.

Rooms were dirty, garbage from previous guest was still in the dustbin. Staff was not courteous and well behaved towards my wife. Paid Rs. 1,500 for one night and they don't accept card or UPI. Only visit if you have no other option.
