Hotel Grover Regency - Naina Devi

Very bed behaviour all staff and very very poor service pzl suggestions koi stay na kre very rude behaviour staff and dimand extra amount for luggage room mein rakhne ke liye

I stayed in room 103,which was in the basement. It had an A.C for which we were charged extra rs.500. Its door frame was broken and had a rotting smell in the washroom. We literally had to use our perfumes to even stand in there. I booked it online and the pictures were very nice, but in reality it was the worst hotel I have been to in my whole life

stinking rooms. rotten wood door frames. and you can't even enter the washroom these stink like Gutters. review does not have negative rating for which this residency deserves.

I visited this hotel after checking at various platforms listings but to my surprise is worst hotel and you can't even call this as hotel as this is worst garbage i can about this. Their toilets were stinking and laundry wasn't cleaned. Their Toilet seats are not fixed and when you flush the toilets whole water came out from bottom. ||While booking they will tell you the super deluxe rooms are at first floor but these rooms are in basement. There is no 3rd floor as they make fool of customers. This is totally wastage of money. Instead of advance booking you should visit at this place and look for some dharamshala as there are so many rooms available there. Their rooms are well cleaned and maintained than this hotel room. So don't waste your hard earned money on booking such dump yards

The behavior of the staff was bad, the blankets were torn, the drinking water was useless, the room was dirty, the toilet was also dirty, no soap in the bathroom.They don't know how to handle the customer. Please don't book the hotel.

Worst experience, Extra charge for AC Ra 600 , no water and no electricity in hotel , AC not working , zero cooling, bad staff behaviour, please don't book this hotel , very bad exercise.

Updated post owners comment: firstly go and check overall reviews for your lodge (not even classified to call hotel). Secondly I am not blogger, who ask for money (i travel and usually give feedback/reviews for people's help)and if you knw that and you intentionally put that remark, then my only feedback here is God bless you, Thirdly I understand you are here for business, but i appreciate ethical way of doing it, we are aware location of your property is not for hotelling and people simply want to use is for resting and shower before reaching to Mandir... But that doesn't allow someone to to mint money from customers without giving bare minimum services... Lastly it's good if you accept feedback and improve or I think otherwise you are just there to loot people.. It's you Karma... No further comment from me on this..
