Summer Hill Hotel

Our experience was quite disappointing. We were a group of four, and as soon as we checked into our room, we noticed a lack of hygiene. The room was not well-maintained, and there was an unpleasant smell in the blankets, making our stay uncomfortable. Despite our excitement for the trip, the unclean environment affected our overall experience. It would be great if the management could improve the cleanliness and hygiene standards, especially in the rooms and bedding.

Very good staff but the room condition were worst too much smelly washroom. Blanket was smelling too bad. Worst night I've ever spent..huhh

Very Nice Hotel . Location is very Near to Nahan Bus Stand .|Good hotel to stay with Family and friends. Rooms are Cleaned and well Maintained as per Terrif.|Staff are polite and Helpfull .it's Good choice to stay in Nahan .Hotel is Located Just around 300 Mtr from Nahan Bus stand .

Worthless hotel i ever check in the location is near the NAHAN bus stand and mosque is in front of this hotel so you can face the alarm of 3 am of prayer if you check in late at night you suppose to wake up. If i talk about the food they charge you high it better you should eat out side in some decent place near by i have order rice half plate he gave me full when i ask him he said lelo lelo mae nahi leja sakata worthless service after giving so many calls they gave me food, password of wifi, towel and the soap is given even later the next mrg when i took the shower just after saying that you didn't gave the soap and if i talk about their rooms they showed to me is of Rs 1200 room which is in first floor is too smelly and then they showed me the Rs. 1500 room in 2 floor that is not even worth it AC remote was not even given even after asking television which is available they didn't gave the remote for that also and when i ask him for that they replied me mere pass nahi hai again he said ki hamare pass nahi hai, Almira was not there and bed is worthless too the head part of the bed lock was broken. i have told him and he ignore it whatever i have said. if i talk about wash room its too small area and the geyser water is keep on leaking and they have given the hanging button for the exhaust fan because of that i got the SHOCK in the Morning i beg them put the things bit simple for the people who are coming and staying here in your hotel they are paying and stay you are not giving the free service if your charging high then do the thing properly too and first put the plugging system keep the remotes inside the room and please gave fresh water they gave me the smelly water for drinking UNHYGIENIC i've got the fever the day after my travel from your hotel. All the people who are taking this hotel please Be aware Otherwise i suggest you to try other hotel bit far first you should try the other option available and put this your last option. one hotel is just next to this one is the Hotel HV i don't know about that much seems like fine from this place. However i am not even sure for that too. i have paid Rs1800 for the 10:00 PM (night) to 5:00 PM(Evening) and gave the Rs 590 for the food which suppose to be Rs 550 so please don't give order for tea drink it out side in the Tea stall You just have to pay Rs10 for a cup of tea and hotel is changing Rs20 for that i suggest if you all to buy the water from out side you will get mineral water of Rs20 but it will not effect your body from the smelly water which you are consuming inside the hotel. I Beg you all Please destroy the water bottle by putting the cap inside and crushing it to the extent.

It is good and nice hotel .you can easy to stay here freely and main important thing .it is located in very prime location very near to busstand .. it also provide rooms for marriages and other party functions. You can easily come with your girlfriend family and friends.. rooms are clean and service is bit more good .. it can provide you rooms in very lost cost .so take enjoy

Its a lovely place to relax. The view from every room is simply awesome. The terrace is having a panoramic view of the entire mountain range. Hotel has nice area for kids play. They have a separate games room too. Food Quality was also good. If you are visiting Nahan, stay here.

First they suggested me to not book through Goibibo and come personally since Goibibo charges commission and I would get a the room at a cheaper rate if I book it myself at the reception. But when I reached there, they told me they are giving me AC room so I would have to pay more although on Goibibo their rooms are listed as Non-AC. In the middle of night, I was defrauded by them and was left with no other choice but to look for other places to stay. Extremely poor service.

Location was easy to find. Parking is also available. If guests have any problem, their staff always listen and helps the guests. Excellent experience.
