Hotel Heritage Sanyam & Restaurant Ekant

It is just a haveli turned into a hotel; with a spaceous lawn, a covered court yard at centre, surrounded by rooms and one side is a classic type restaurant with British era high ceiling of 16 ft, old decorative lamp shades and classic, framed painting on walls - all mesmerizing. Room and toilet are clean, same for beds, and nothing to be complained of. Food was so excellent and still economical. You could find such type property in Rajasthan in the name of heritage hotel at 10 times cost. I am delighted.

Budget hotel. Only downside is parking issue. The staff was very nice and kind. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. When we ate there we got a 20% discount.

It is deep down in a street where only scooters can reach you need to park your car at your own risk. Rooms quality is very below expectation no ventilation at all in washrooms.

I found this hotel during a small emergency. Price was within my budget, the room had hot water and wi-fi was available in common area. They have been helpful for everything I asked. I ended up staying 3 nights. The restaurant is ok, although slightly expensive. The only downside is the hotel is in a narrow road, not easy to spot. I could park my bike outside safely but people with cars may have a issue.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazingly helpful. Very economically priced and delicious homely meals. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nahan.

This place is a good stay if you like homely atmosphere. The rooms are clean, but, the toilets have work to be done. Staff is very friendly. The TV reception is poor, but, that's compensated by a great view from the balcony. If you are coming by Bus from chandigarh, the bus stops just opposite the hotel (ask for pukka tank).

It's an old historic home turned into a hotel, or you can call a homestay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food was okay. Overall a good place to crash if you're crossing Nahan. It's inside a narrow street, not fit for four-wheeler. The temple park outside the hotel is a good visit. ~ HighwayMonks
