Big Way Hotel and Restaurant

We were on trip to ahead to poanta saheb when we decided to take a day off at this nice little hill station of Nahan. We were searching offline for hotels in the area when we came across this hotel. For starters, the receptionist began interrogating us as if we were criminals and he was a policeman, after our successful grilling and approval from our very own receptionist police we asked him to show us the room. He showed us 4 rooms and each one was filthier than one before. He told us the price which was much higher than what we were getting if we booked it on OYO rooms. We said we'll check in from OYO and to our surprise he started to shout at us. He said he won't accept it and that he made a group of 4 people wait yesterday for 5 hours till 11 PM just to check in since they had booked the hotel from oyo and not accepted the rack rate. We decided not to stay. After hours of searching we couldn't find a place to live so we decided we'll try and book this hotel on OYO. the booking was confirmed, we were a little relieved. After reaching this place he looked at us and the shocker was he asked us to get out and told us to complain where ever we wanted to. The way he behaved was so unprofessional and downright pedestrian. I have never met a man of such character ever in my life and I just wish I never do. Well apart from our experience with this clown, the other things are that this place has no parking, the lift stops at the first floor so a little troubled for the elderly since the stairs and steep and you'll find hotel staff's undergarments hanging outside your doors to dry out which was definitely a first for me. The people of nahan were so nice and helpful but the staff of this hotel, especially the receptionist were the rotten eggs which you'd love to ignore. Definitely the worst place in the entire town.

On the January 2023,I go to the small town of the Himachal named nahan.because I have some work in Shimla after the work completed.I think to take some rest in Nahan.so,I booked the bigway hotel offline for 2 days.so, when I ask them for the price they told me " as you want the price". So I am very happy because of the staff.the staff were very friendly and punctual to service.on the second day I am so tired so, I told the staff to provide me food after 15 to 20 minutes they provide me breakfast for FREE.I am so, empressed with the staff and service.I want to visit that hotel again

The staff is very rude. Kindly avoid this hotel to not suffer the bad behaviour of the staff and police hassles. The restaurant charges over the MRP on the water bottles. For example, in our case, we objected about charges more than MRP and the guy on the counter threatned us to call the police and we told him to do so. The police finally came and told him to call the owner and the owner talked to police on phone. The police instructed him to stop the overcharging than MRP. The restaurant charges are very expensive and they don't even have Air conditioning in the restaurant. The food is very expensive and the rotis are just like sharp wooden piece. The food quantity is very less as per the rates.

Its nice place. But maintenance is not good. As the washrooms were unclean. And also the fountain water outside was having a very bad smell.

worst experience.. Receptionist was drunk... was using abusive language.. Demanded More money than fix amount... Never go to this place.. Negtive Star Rating...

Worst hotel for family people it's totally dirty and untidy and bathrooms are really bad and the rooms smell a lot
