StayVista at Riverside Symphony

The property looks beautiful and the interiors definitely are. The rooms are quite spacious and accommodating and the common areas are very nice to spend the entire day. It's a great place for family or friends, but the images are a little embellished and the photographs look larger than the accommodation. Really is the biggest concern with the place is the location is very far off and remote and the approach road is very misleading but the worst part is the staff and the service. The staff is absolutely atrocious very ill-mannered and with the perpetual scowl and disgust on their face and the food service is pathetic with very poor quality of food and very poor flavor.

This is the first time I've ever stayed at a property with such rude staff and pathetic service. #NeverAgain #RudeStaff #TerribleService On top of that, the staff arranged a barbecue and served us stale cheese, which gave all 12 of us food poisoning and ruined our entire trip to Manali. The rooms were not cleaned daily and the kitchen fridge also smelled. If you want to eat out its very far. In the evening rats also were dancing on the sofa in the lobby #RuinedTrip

Hidden Gem! The stream in front of the villa and snow peak mountains just adds up the soothing sense. The food was good and staff were always accommodating. We were family of 8 members and everyone liked the experience. Thanks to Sushil and team for amazing service.

Property by riverside is beautiful. This property is best for leisure and the staff is very helpful and cooks the best comforting meals. It's a worthy experience. best in manali.

Worst place anyone can stay at...do not prefer it at all...staff is highly non-cooperative, the villa needs basic maintenance which is not available, the AC was not working in the rooms, and the keys to the room were literally jammed, and the unhygienic way of cooking, dirty muddy running water in washrooms tap, spiders and all species of insects one can find here...they have a great logic that 6 people are ready to pay there breakfast charges any of it but they can choose only 3 items only for breakfast irrespective of what 6 different people like, neither they allow for ala carte irrespective of one is ready to pay their charges, such isolated place that you solely rely on them..
