Soham's Chateau De Naggar

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. We were served food that was clearly old -- it had an unpleasant smell and tasted like it had been stored for several days. When we politely informed the staff, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they became rude and started arguing with us. There was no apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where customer care should be a priority.

I am delighted by the welcoming nature of the host. Indeed it's a wonderful place to spend some quality time with family and friends away from the hustle and bustle of city life. People who like to spend time in quiet places, this is the best option. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is delicious. Views from room and balcony are awesome. The hosts are humble and kind enough to guide and help in any ways. It's pet friendly too. My dog, Hunter, had a great time here. A sure place for my future visits to Naggar

Was a very comfy bed! All the hot water for your shower that you could want! Great view! Very nice manager! He also took care of my driver which I appreciate! Also, it's very close to Nightingale (Italian restaurant) that was very tasty. Recommended!

We have booked the luxury deluxe rooms and those were just amazing. The rooms though a bit expensive have attached bathroom, electricity and are worth the price. The place is surrounded by snow mountains and has amazing views but it can get very cold here especially if it rains. The food and service here is also very good. The staffs are very polite. The beauty and serenity of this place nothing can replace. Highly recommended The only cons : the big spiders snatch our sleep and it's the maintenance issue.

Had a very relaxing stay here after my trek to Hampta pass. Mr. Rajendra is a very nice person to talk to and is also very supportive, he also cools the best paneer parathas. The place is well maintained, clean ,and has an amazing view from the rooms.

It's a lovely homestay/hotel having lovely view of the valley. Rooms were spacious and moderately clean. The staff was quite polite and tried their best to host us and help us whenever possible. The breakfast menu was limited but quality was good. We had WiFi in our room which wasn't fast enough to attend video conferencing but manageable enough to work on laptop.

I have found this place via Google maps only, which turns out to be perfect hideaway from busy and overladen crowd of manali. The place offers comfortable cozy rooms with breathtaking view right from the balcony. The guys at the place never say no for anything, they are always polite and up for any thing required. Rajendra ji being great host shares and suggest places around with his expertise. The food delivered was amazing, very tasty, I wish it would have served better portion specially for chicken, though all the food were tasty. Overall perfect stay !!
