Nightingale

In my experience, Nightingale in Naggar is a cozy spot with a beautiful ambiance and great Italian food. The wood-fired pizzas had a rich, authentic flavor, and the pasta was well-cooked with just the right balance of seasoning. The grilled trout was another highlight, fresh and perfectly prepared. Sitting on the outdoor terrace with stunning Himalayan views made the meal even more enjoyable. The staff was warm and welcoming, adding to the homely and peaceful vibe of the place. While the food was overall delicious, I felt the pizza could have used a bit more spice to enhance the flavors. It had a great texture but lacked the kick I was expecting. Despite this, the experience was still wonderful, and I'd definitely recommend Nightingale to anyone looking for a good meal in a relaxing setting.

Had an amazing time at this spot! The views are stunning--perfect for a relaxed meal or a special evening. The Italian food was rich and delicious, and the desserts were a dream (don't skip the tiramisu!). They also have lovely rooms if you want to stay over--super comfy and convenient. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely loved this cafe! The food was fantastic, and the staff accommodated every little request we had. It's amazing to find a place that's so flexible with food customizations without compromising on taste. The vibe is super relaxed, and the view is great. Perfect spot to unwind!

This is one of the best places in all of Himachal for the views, food, hospitality and service. Simran is one of the best bakers and Neetuji, Goguji are top notch chefs. The pizzas are amazing, cakes are made with love and the Tiramisu is to die for. It has breath-taking views from every nook. The rooms are clean, cozy and we'll designed. But the best part is the people who run the place, they make you feel like family. They take care of you like one of their own. So if you're in Naggar, this is the place to be for breakfast, lunch, dinner, stay - hands down!

Nightingale is a great restaurant/hotel in the heart of Naggar. The authentic Italian food is really delicious. I never had such good Italian food in my country (the Netherlands). The owner, Gogoo , knows all about Italian dishes and is super friendly. You can eat inside (cozy and warm) or enjoy the stunning mountain views from the terrace while having good food. You also must try the coffee! I also stayed overnight in one of their comfortable rooms. Good bed and great hot shower. Unfortunately I have to go back to the Netherlands, but definitely I'll be back in India soon. Thank you so much for your kindness!

I wanted to write more than just stars, pizza was great, hot chocolate was very bad, but what caught my eyes the most is how the owner of this place is a follower of Osho. And they have this big collection of osho talks. It's something worth visiting for atleast for people like me who love Osho

A party of of six of us enjoyed a fantastic lunch at this place, the views are stunning and the food is out of this world. We met the owner who is an extremely nice man and his staff are also very nice. As I've said there was six of us, most had three courses and drinks and the bill was very agreeable. Well done, one of, if not the best Italian meal I've ever had.
