Everything was okay initially. I ordered food and was eating it with my friends. I told the service team that paneer is not smelling good and it has a foul smell. As soon as the chef heard it, he came fighting with me verbally. He said a lot of bad words and was not agreeing to my complaint at all. In fact, I even politely said that I'll pay the complete amount of my bill and I don't want any compensation and I just want you to acknowledge my complaint and work on it. But the chef was the rudest person that I have ever spoken to in my life and I don't understand where does the owner want to take this place with people like these. My 10 on 10 experience became negative due to the behaviour of this Chef. I want to say a lot of things but, let it be....

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cafe saffron sips and stays.The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.The location was also perfect ,close to major attractions but tucked away enough to be peaceful.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially during check-in, which was quick and smooth. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The food was delicious, and the hotel had a cozy cafe that I really enjoyed. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow in the evenings. I spent the most beautiful 3 weeks in Naggar and it was definitely due to my stay at Cafe Saffron. All the rooms are very large and of a high standard, and most importantly the views from the balcony from each room are breathtaking. Downstairs in the restaurant you can eat delicious food (I still dream every night about their honey chilli potates) and the staff is very friendly and always helpful. About Piyush himself... I would not have enough words to describe what a wonderful person he is. Throughout my stay he made sure that I saw as much as possible and got to know his culture at its best, and to be honest he couldn't have done it better as I am already planning to return to Naggar as soon as possible. I hope to see you soon

I travelled around India for two months and spent three weeks in Naggar. I can say without a doubt that the time I spent at Cafe Saffron Sips & Stays was the best time I experienced in India. The atmosphere in this place is indescribable. All the staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely care about the wellbeing of every guest. The food prepared in the restaurant is delicious and the menu is varied, so there is never any boredom. The rooms are modern, very well maintained, spacious and the view from the windows and balconies is breathtaking. Evenings spent in the garden gazing at the mountains at sunset will stay in my memory forever... Piyush and his family have allowed me to get to know India and Indian culture even better by taking me to beautiful places known only to locals. It is hard to express the gratitude I feel for knowing Piyush, who is a warm, friendly and helpful person. He even organised a birthday surprise for me! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and can't wait to go back there. Thank you very much!

Caffe Saffron & Cottages was a wonderful few days. Situated on the main Manali-Kullu road running through Naggar, the property is close to local amenities, dhaba, fresh fruit, bakeries, etc. Naggar castle is 1 mile uphill and it is easy to reach smaller nearby villages. I had a deluxe room on the top floor of the property... excellent facilities and very private, with wonderful views from the private balcony over the apple orchards and mountains on the other side of the valley... highly recommended. It is a beautiful place to unwind and rejuvenate. The cafe downstairs serves delicious food, all freshly prepared. Treat yourself.

way to Manali we saw this property in nagar . And it was beautifully designed of wood and we decided to vault there for a night . ||We had a smooth check in our room. The room was super superrr awesome designed intricately with wood and well Maintained . As we found out the property to be amazing we decided to stay there for 4 days more and planned to spend our time in nagar .||The hotel has all the amenities - electric kettle. Geysers. Toilet kits,bathroom slippers and the room maintainence was timely done . ||They serve the best pizza and the best burgers in that place. And the prices for the food are also very reasonable . ||They have two category of rooms - a few are for double occupancy and the other one is a studio apartment where a family can comfortably live together , the property has been very intricately designed with a beautiful architecture .||We also went for a adventure ride with mr. Piyush who runs his travel firm as well . We went to the Krishna temple during the snowfall in nagar and mr. Piyush made it a point to make us feel safe and protected while travelling and gave us a great adventurous experience ||The room are spacious with very reasonable prices my should definitely try out their place.
