SaffronStays White Castle by the Beas

Our stay at the White Castle was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. An exceptional experience at the property and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable stay!

Best stay ever...!! Both the staff members looked after all our needs, from stay to meals with a smile. They were also very courteous, a special mention for the cook who made very tasty meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you all!!

This is a review for Saffron Stays. I had booked this property in November first week for arrival in December last week. We landed from Dubai in Chandigarh and were supposed to check in the next day at White Castle. Saffron Stays calls me one day before my check in to say there's a 'technical problem' which can't be solved and moved me to another property in Soyl. I never got a clear explanation of what unsolvable issue it was. The team was courteous and kept in touch with me but it seemed very strange that the property was not up and running through the next few days. To arrive in India and find out that we can't get what we paid for was indeed a bad start to the trip. We took what was given and turned out that property had electricity issues with no proper heating. We paid in full and would've been punished for not keeping our commitment because it was non refundable. But saffron stays gets to keep the entire amount for not giving me what I was promised. Free breakfast and bonfire in the alternate property was the best they could do. No transparency in terms of what we were about to get in the other homestay. Which means either saffron stays didn't check the place or kept the information to themselves. There has got to be a better way of handling such uncertainties in towns which are prone to harsh weather. In that way hotels and resorts still seem to be a better option.

We stayed in Riverside Suite with amazing views. Room equipped with modern amenities. Staff was helpful and food was delicious. Definitely visit this place again with our loved ones.
