La Paraiso Resort & Spa

I recently stayed at a La Paraiso resort in Manali, and the experience was truly enchanting. The ambiance had a beautiful, natural touch--like living amidst the serenity of nature itself. I stayed in a cozy, dome-shaped room that offered a unique and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which was open all night, adding a magical vibe under the stars. The bonfire area was also accessible throughout the night, creating a warm, inviting space for relaxation and conversations. The food was delicious, and the resort was surrounded by a stunning valley filled with apple trees and breathtaking mountain views. The entire setting felt like a peaceful retreat from the chaos of daily life. The staff were incredibly kind, decent, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a memorable and soul-soothing stay--I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and a deep connection with nature.

The location is really beautiful with stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. We had a slight issue with the spa service we had booked but the staff handled the situation very politely and professionally. Everyone was very nice and provided great service. You can expect excellent hospitality at this place for sure!

It was a really lovely stay. Food was great.. ambience was incredible and dinner was delicious and vibe of the place was excellent. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Service and hospitality was excellent! Would like to visit again soon.! Amazing hospitality

It is a fantastic property to relax and chill out with your family or dear ones. Mr. Promil is a fantastic host. The views from the property are amazing. Highly recommended. Wishing them all the best!

It's a tastefully created property with miserable maintenance and service. The use of limited space is very smart Rates are at 5 star hotels but services and in room housekeeping need lots of improvement. The service team is trying their best but the staff lacks training however seems to have full intent. Approach road for property, around 300 mts is very narrow and difficult for an SUV or full size sedan. Property has multiple limitations in service as tadoor operates only in evening, lack of privacy for jacuzzi, up keep and operation for Jacuzzi, room phone doesn't work, limited breakfast nenu with no flexibility They could have given a road from the apple orchard and should have connected part or orchard to give the guest a sense of larger property to move around. Without improvement business is expected to go down year by year

Approaching road towards hotel is pathetic approx ( 500 metres) Nothing to roam around nearby ( you will be stuck in room throughout the stay) Taking out personal vehicle during day time is challenge. Uneducated staff members ( don't know how to behave with guests) Rooms 1. Air conditioner and room heater were not working. It's made up of fiber sheet ( during day time you need AC however its not effective) and during night it's would be chilly cold ( however room heater were not working) 2. Water bottles - only one water bottle were provided that's too looking uncleaned. For water bottles, you need to call reception to provide it. 3. Tea coffee sachets were not provided and tea kettles were not cleaned. No spoon to stir the coffee/ tea. 4. Hot water - you need to keep your tap open for 10 mins to get hot water as its centralized water heater. 5. Room service is pathetic. 6. Food is pathetic however you don't have any option to go out and have anything ( due to approachability) and over priced ( more than 5-7 star) 7. There is no Helpdesk or customer care( they will their WhatsApp number to make place order) 8. Breakfast - they don't provide buffet however they provide ala carte with few ( 1-2) options without fruits and cereals. They are charging handsome money for breakfast however not providing anything ( except poha and paranthas) - which leads you to feel that you are staying in bnb - even based on my experience those are still better that this resort. They don't even one step ahead to provide comfort to guests. They don't allow packing of food for small kids ( mine is 5 years old). 9. You can't even think to roam outside as they don't provide room keys. Your luggage can be accessed by staff or neighbouring guest. 10. No play area for kids and recreation activities. You better stay in resort to keep eye on your luggage. 11. Curtains were not cleaned and few places it were torned as well. 12. Toiletries - they have provided toiletries of some local or pathetic. You can smell them as you were washing your hands in some local ( some dirty public toilet) no standard at all. I have worst stay so far when you were paying too much to get experience of staying in pod. Putting jacuzzi and hot toilet seat don't justify the property when you can't maintain it. It's big no from my side to this property. Rest is your choice.

La paraiso is one of the best and premium resort in naggar (20kms from manali). It has the best view, food quality is great, and the staff was really helpful throughout the stay, special thanks to promil sir. And their jacuzzi was the highlight. Highly recommend this resort for your stay. I'm really thankful to their team for our BEST EXPERIENCE.

They don't have electricity , so you need to call 1 hour before if you need hot water . Glamp doesn't have any locks , if you ask for door locks then they said we have cameras . They charge extra money for hot tub or jacuzzi but it doesn't working .So I didn't stay at this property but I paid full amount of money . Also they have all fake reviews (4-5 star reviews ) you can check those profiles
