Hotel Valley View

I dined in Hotel valley view twice in my recent visit to Himachal Pradesh. Its location at the junction of Manali and Mandi roads is fascinating. The service is prompt and the food quality is too good. The ambience is also attractive.

**Absolutely Disrespectful - A Horrible Experience on a Special Day!** I am writing this review with deep frustration and disappointment after a terrible experience at this hotel. My family had booked this hotel for a special occasion--my mother's retirement celebration. However, instead of creating positive memories, we were met with disrespect and rude behavior from the hotel owner, which left us all shaken. During our stay, my elder brother had a simple inquiry regarding our room, and the hotel owner's response was not only dismissive but outright hostile. He was rude, condescending, and spoke to my brother in an unprofessional and aggressive manner, which was completely unacceptable. My brother, who is respectful and patient, was treated terribly on what should have been a joyous occasion for our family. What makes this even worse is that it was my mother's retirement celebration, a milestone event. The owner's behavior not only ruined the mood for the day but also left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome in a place that we were supposed to feel comfortable and cared for. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. No one should have to experience such mistreatment, especially on such an important day. This hotel and its owner clearly have no regard for basic customer service or respect for their guests.

Bhaloi Chilo. But can be improved with attention. They are Helpful . Nice view. You can enjoy the scenic beauty. Temperature in summer time is 20 to 30 degrees. Pleasent stay. Mentality of the people are at least 20yrs back, innocent people. Good.

Hotel is nice , we didn't find any problem in service of them too. According to them their service is is deserving to admire. Swimming pool was also neat and clean. No any complaints for their services or management but the problem is it's too much far from the city and its on airport road side. I would like to go again.

My younger brother was married in this hotel. We booked almost all the rooms in different categories. Mr. Samanth (owner ) personally made sure that we don't face any issues. Staff was too courteous and polite. Room service was quick and efficient. Hotel is very well located at Mandi bypass, you can travel in all the directions and public transport is available at the gate itself. Loved the hospitality and enjoyed my three days of stay.

Highly recommended for food and stay. The hotel serves delicious food and has a well stocked bar. Nice place to stay and dine with family enroute to Manali.
