Kasauli Residency is a charming cottage that offers an excellent service quality. The place itself is wonderful, and the view from the room is absolutely awesome. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Room prices were very high, the rooms were also very dirty, the room was also stinking because of the smell of dampness, the bedsheet was very dirty and the blanket too was dirty and the service was third class. There was no Wi-Fi, TV or phone facility either.

Checkin denied as the room booked from online platform and they have some internal conflict. Money was paid and booking was confirmed. Reached at 10PM with my wife and came to know about this, i suggest not to get into the mess by booking this hotel online and try some other options as holidays are meant to be enjoyed rather resolving these petty hotels issues. Also the hotel is at very isolated place and need pvt vehicle.

Breakfast service doesn't start before 8.30 am. There us no provision for tea or coffee in the morning. Nobody from the reception is available before 8.30 am. The bathroom door handle was broken and high chances of getting locked. The rooms are full of small cockroaches and extra mattress had termites. People are nice but all this made my stay barely satisfactory. The online pictures of the deluxe rooms are quite misleading.

The cottage was very dusty, even after reminding multiple times, proper dusting and cleaning of floors were not done. Room service is very slow, as its a small B&B, although staffs were courteous. Hall of cottage was spacious, lots of greenery in the common balcony.

Don't book a room they have a pathetic service and you have to pay for every basic thing that's available in any other hotel The hotel is not even worth 1 star but have to do to proceed with the posting. Booked a hotel for my Female staff and when checked in the door were so weak like anyone can break in, there were no heater in the rooms, flush was not working, no towels were kept in the rooms, rooms were not hygienic, when asked for a refund the owner said its not his look out if we don't like the service and he wont refund the amount even after deducting one night stay. I paid him 32k + gst. He was saying its not his lookout if the hotel is in such a state and he was expecting a lady to stay in a hotel where she was up all night because of safety reasons. The owner is response was if a person booked a room in his hotel and stays for 15 min and didn't liked it he's not responsible to refund the money says do whatever you want don't call and speak to me.

Rooms of this hotel is very clean and clear and also the lightning of the rooms are very good for photos and room services is very slow and the food is not even good good but the behavior of the staff is very friendly and staff is very good location of this hotel is veryfabulous and the night view of the balcony of the rooms is very fantabulous

Very pathetic experience. Room was dusty but nobody to clean after 5 pm. Only one person to handle everything.very very poor service. I asked for kettle multiple times and when I angrily asked to cancel my booking and return advance then they provide a dirty kettle who had a cockroach in it. They even charged for tea bags at exuberant rate of 25 rupees per bag. Kitchen was extremely dirty and seeing it didn't order anything from kitchen. Moreover no online payment options only cash.... I will suggest not to book this poor hotel and look for many others option available..... Their owners Aman Gupta never bothered to care after fixing the booking with sweet words.......
