Standard Hotel Restaurant and Bar Mandi

If you are in Mandi town and looking for tandoori non veg , I don't think you will get the best anywhere else . A standard hotel is best for non-veg items . Worth eating as it is both affordable and palatable.

I ordered food from this restaurant over phone and scheduled a pick up at the restaurant. I had heard really good reviews about their butter chicken from my friends and ordered it along with appetizers such as seek kabab. The pick up was hassle free, the food was neatly packaged, the portion size was larger than expected and butter chicken was finger licking delicious. I would highly recommend this place for the tasty food available at very reasonable rates.

I have been here in the first week of November.. They have provided all sort of common facilities like gizzard, hot water, extra blankets at very very affordable prices. Its really surprising to see that the hotel is providing such facilities at that price. Room service is also good.. If you are looking for comfortable, cheap but ordinary stay, this is the best one for you.. Obviously don't expect some 'star' hotel type accommodation.. But its not bad at all..

I have order a food. Requested for non spice but the spice level is very high. On request special changes in recipe of order is not up to mark. Quantity of portion is best in class. Price level is very good.

Basic rooms nothing great . Staff is supportive and food is also economical. Their linen and blanket was clean and also have a geyser . No parking space. Not recommended for old people as you have to climb stair to reach the room as the hotel does not have lift facility .it seems it's a hotel bulit in 1980s .

Standard hotel. But extraordinary cuisine. This humble non extravagant looking place can cook up a storm of a cuisine. The starters: both vegetarian or non vegetarian are a delight. Besides the paneer tikka and tandoori aloo, the black chana takes the cake. And serves as an excellent accompaniment with drinks. Also try the Murg seekh Kebabs and Reshmi kebabs, in case you want to savour them with some soft naans, before the big meal. In The main course, the chicken biryani was a complete surprise for this part of our country ( i would not recommend it anywhere else in mandi town ). Order a basket of assorted breads, with your meal, they are all good. But the amritsari chana and kulcha can be a great afternoon meal in itself after a breezy afternoon cocktail session. If you are a mutton aficionado, make sure you give them a day's notice, to arrange for the best goat meat. And you'll thank me for it. They are excellent for delivery too ( large orders only, i guess, that not leave a big hole in the pocket ).

This restaurant offers both veg and non veg food. The ground floor is meant for the meals. First floor is the bar. Food is good. I tried kadhai paneer, butter chicken and kebabs. Kebabs are must try.

They offer very tasty food. These people get good Tandoori Chicken and Kale Chana are good and Tadka too is absolutely pure and best quality and quality by food. Absolute setisfactory.
