I'm in love with this hotel's environment. Room was too good neat and clean Staff's behaviour best of the best these guys deserves 10 stars

Worst experience, we booked this hotel for wedding. They were totally different during the time of booking and their behaviour and menu were different during wedding day ... worst services, no timings for breakfast and lunch .. Condition of rooms was also upto the mark. .. they promised for room heaters and we have to beg them for everything... Not at all recommended..... at any cost ..

We had a public event in banquet hall. Manager Man Singh was very helpful and cooperative. And Sanjay Parmar was the most smiling server I had seen.

Gr8 heritage property grossley mismanaged with sub par food! Staff is very polite and helpful but limited in their contributions due to property limitations

Hair was found in soup and there was no complaint book available. Service was slow. Nobody was available to take the complaint and nobody took it seriously.

It's a fabulous place. Best way to relax. Excellent staff from many years and food is wow. We have fell in love with this place and became regular clients from past 2 years. Whenever we go on our road trip we make sure we stop at this place. Eventhough food service is slow, be patience for delicious food. The staff are old school but they have maintained their loyalty to their king's family and took care of clients very friendly. Food price is reasonable. They got best trout fish dishes.

The food is absolutely amazing and extremely affordable, the seating outside at night is so beautiful! I highly recommend it as the best place to eat in mandi and sundarnagar
