OYO Hotel Dhruv

Had a nice comfortable 2 day stay at this hotel. Though a budget hotel but no compromise on the room and service like tv, geyser, view, comfortable bedding, spacious etc. Though i didnt try food since i was a solo traveller and it didnt look economical to order for a single person but i assume food should be good too. I hope if they can have a thali system which would suit a solo traveller.

The staff allowed early check in at the beginning and at the time of check out , they started asking for money for the same. Such a ridiculous behaviour from hotel staff. The rooms stink of toilet water, the bed sheets were old, the tv was repaired during stay. The room allotted was an Ac room still he asked for money for Ac remote.|Such a cheap staff and hotel, would never recommend to anyone

Service was good ....What was bad a commitment to delivery , at the time of booking we have very specific questions regarding pricing and water bottel. They asked us to pay advance we paid, Bad sheet was not replaced since previous used .... Pillow was so dirty ..( upon request they changed the bad sheet ) Biryani was dirty was found to many hairs in that ...tea was ok all the time .. at the time billing they created hassles which vanished some of good experience of person who was serving us ... The service person was very nice to us.

Good service, cooperative staff, parking available, reasonable prices, great food. Locality also great

It's a normal budget hotel. Room sizes are huge. They lack in Cleanliness, I guess it's not there top priority. But yes toilets were clean. No issue with toilets. Food is good but again utensils in which they serve are not very clean. There is a scope of improvement as room sizes are very big, each room has balcony facing river side, so if management can focus a bit they can make it the best option to stay in mandi.

Service is much better then other hotels, it is recently renovated so some finishing is pending but, while staying I got some emergency medical issue in early morning and I called to hotel and staff is very co-operative and took me to Hospital made payments by themselves and the Owner of property personally visited to my room about inquire my health. So it is 4 star rated Hotel and the River Beas is viewable by room, that is amazing.

Average stay .Hygiene .cleanliness can be improved.Room service and food are good

The hotel is cheap and rooms are clean. Even the basement ones are fine if you are looking for a cheap and overnight stay. Just a littl noisy, as you can hear mixy running in the kitchen. Food was fine. Staff was courteous.
