Worst experience. Over priced. Rooms are in the worst condition. I would suggest, people who want to pre book their stay. There are many hotels in Mandi with some genuine staff unlike Hotel Koyal. Bed belar, sheets bekar, walls bekar, bathroom bekar. Owner to aur bi bakwas hai. I won't recommend

I had been scammed by this hotel, please dont book this. The room shown in photo is fake, actual room is very dirty and small, my home's bathroom is bigger than the room, there was just one single bed( broken... it was palang) and there was just place remaining to stand and that's it, the bathroom was on another floor, that was too dirty, on agoda it was written private bathroom, but the bathroom was worse than of shulabh shouchalaya. Seriously.... the staff was so rude, i had to wait more than half hour because the owner who had booking confirmation of agoda's booking was not picking up call from the reception.

I recently stayed in one of your rooms, and while my overall experience was decent, there are a few points I'd like to share. The room was clean and adequately maintained, but it was quite basic in terms of amenities and decor. The furnishings were functional but could use an update to enhance comfort and aesthetics. Additionally, the room size felt a bit cramped, which impacted my ability to relax fully.

Room and barhroom r clean. Good staff. Ac room in ecnomic range. All over good experience in Hotel.

Totally zero on the name of facility. Water is not there in washrooms. TV, wifi not working. AC only fitted on walls. Not working.

Mo lift facility is available, rooms are in 3-4 floors above and steps are too narrow. average hotel for one day stay.
