good facility good service end very nice of all customer neat and clean room

As we reached late there was no bell boy or waiter to carry our luggage. We were given rooms on the fourth floor and we had to carry our luggage. They also forgot to provide us drinking water so I slept without drinking any water as I had no energy to do downstairs to drink water. Also the toilet was not fixed so I feared falling down. The staff was good and cooperative and we had no time to taste its food or to see the sight out of our gallery as we came in dark and left the hotel in dark. As the highway is getting constructed there was much noise of traffic full night but I slept soundly as I always do.

Very Bad Experience. We stayed in hotel while returning from Manali. Amenities are of poor quality. Cleanliness is missing. Hotel is not at all suitable for family stay. It was booked by our tour operator hence we were helpless to stay in such hotel. If you have choice go for any alternate option.

Absolutely not recommended. The TV was not working Wi-Fi was not working. Food delivery service is very costly compared to the local hotels . the mattress and bed sheet were dirty

Just avoid this place. The first room given to me had a soft partition with the kitchen. SO when the cook runs the grinder I feel I am in kitchen. The room was changed but when I woke up in the morning there were all sorts of insects - spriders, cockroaches, crickets running around. Bad experience.

This place is situated outside the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. You won't find shops near by this Hotel. It provides in house kitchen so if you are ordering something then you have to adjust in that only because they cook only what you have ordered. Sometimes this get annoying. Rest everything is good.

Very bad experience. Rooms are filled with bad smell. We were six adults. They gave us only three blankets! Foods are not tasty. Don't book it.

Very bad experience with Hotel. The hotel staff are not good and the rooms are pathetic don't book in this hotel .
