Zostel Old Manali

Great place to stay. All basic amenities, including water heater were available. Food at the canteen was very good. Amazing time with dorm-mates. Great hospitality from Mr Ajay, he helped to keep the check-in and the entire stay without any troubles. A small trek needed to reach the place from main road. Overall a very good experience.

Room i was provided didnt have proper lock, I didn't complaint though eventhough they didn't do anything after noticing it, caretaker was too uptight and closed the terrace common place after 10 which is the beat place to chill in that whole zostel, location was good except if you have a car or bike, you have to walk some distance to reach and the way is confusing... I got lost reaching the hostel few time so be mindful when going. Views are good though from the terrace, Food in that cafe was great esp the combos which are worth the money compared to the nearby cafes, fellow hostellers were chill and friendly too

Booked for 3 days, stayed for a week - that pretty much sums up how great this place is. The rooms were comfy, the vibe was just the right mix of chill and social, and the people I met here? Absolute gems. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with anything. Plus, the food was surprisingly good (definitely not your average hostel fare). Whether it was lazy mornings or fun evenings, this place nailed it. If you're looking for a place to unwind and make some great memories, this hostel's got you covered.

We arrived at 3 am instead of 6 am in Manali, our check in time was around 12 pm. The host was kind enough to let us check in. We loved to have breakfast with stunning views and cute dogs. Rooms were great, neat and tidy. Just some troubles with the wash basin. Location is good, close to market. Will definitely go back here.

Found a big spider in the room which was really scary. There is quite hour rules in every zostel but during our stay there was noise till 3am beside the room. When asked for help, the coordinator didn't even budge. We had to checkout the next morning immediately and look for other properties during peak season. When you walk down to reach the property it's not a good experience since there is water logging and seepage water smell all around the place. Food menu has everything but nothing available when ordered. Not at all recommended..

It was as amazing staycation at Zostel. The staff is amazingly super friendly, the vibe is really good, the food quality and taste is top notch. The view of the mountains from the room is mesmerizing. The service is a full on 5 star. Full cheers to Ajay Bhai (front desk) for amazing short river hikes .

I recently stayed at Zostel Manali, and it was one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had! The location is perfect, nestled amidst breathtaking views of the mountains and close to all the major attractions in Old Manali. The vibe here is incredible--super chilled, with friendly travelers from around the world. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with local tips and recommendations. The dorms and private rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained.

Karan was very helpful & warm . Rooms were kept well. Dorms & bathrooms were clean too. Food was simple & home style. The resident dogs were chill too
