I was here between Christmas and New Years of last year, the coldest months. This hotel is an absolute disaster and would not recommend to anyone unless you are happy to spend money on below average services. I only put negative reviews if a business was that bad, so here I go: - Went to eat their breakfast buffet and every food in buffet was cold! They did not bother putting warmers under the trays and the buffet room did not have heating so we ate cold food on -2 degree days. Staff was not apologetic when I pointed it out and asked for warm food. - During wintertime, when they charge almost double for rooms, the hotel did not have heaters or fireplaces. Charged me Rs 1000 for a gas heater and it barely did anything. My asthma flared up due to cold nights. - Room did not have a phone to contact reception (after they said to call them about something) + TV did not have any channels and needed to go to reception to get it sorted. They hadn't paid for the channels.(we spent a lot of time indoors as roads were blocked from snowfall) - The seating area for their restaurant did not have any heating and was left open so it was so hard to sit and dine there when your teeth is chattering and hands going numb (and they dont let outside food soo) - The live music is meant to be calm and enjoyable but it literally blared through to 10:30 PM to the upstairs level and it was extremely loud and hard to sleep or watch TV in our room. Usually, good, reputed places should only do loud music from 5-8pm. When people sit at restaurants to dine with families and friends, we want to be able to talk and socialise, but that was impossible with how loud the music was. Overall, never going back here and the hotel basically ruined our time in Manali

Very lethargic staff you have. Over pricey tiny rooms. Roads to reach this property is so pathetic that one will afraid of getting out of the hotel once in. And also the food is disgusting. For breakfast served Maggie, bhature and breads that's it .. all maida. Ordered chicken pakodas and they served raw, unseasoned and hard chicken and very salty food!! And on complaining, no-one bothered. We booked the hotel for 4 nights and paid for two nights initially and told them we will extend later. Two days went by and on 3rd we went out to sight seeing and later in the afternoon we got call that we have to vacate. I mean, my bad that I forgot that 2 days have crossed but why none from management contacted us in the night or the same day morning when we asked them about sight seeing and room cleaning and all. We are tourists in the flow of vacation we forgot but this is ur full-time job. They made us leave room in 30 mins forcefully. They said they will help us in hunt another hotel but they didn't. Pathetic experience!!

Disappointed with service. Third class services. They not even provide sufficient water. They just provide you one bottle a day. If you asking Additional water bottle they charge extra even this price is much more than MRP. Generally MRP includes GST, but they asked GST in addition of increased price.

There's no doubt in location, One of the best place for Stay, there are mountain, waterfall, river, beautiful rooms, service, all the things, everyone should go there.

Went there for a family trip for a week. Amazing views and great staff with helpful nature. Special thanks to the staff for making our stay rememberable. Felt like home.

Ok so the place is good, location is perfect, and everything is nice, but please do keep a heater in the rooms guys. It was freezing. Still I really enjoyed my time there. The staff is good and served us well. Please do work on your cuisine though
