Vista Resort - Centrally Heated & Air Cooled

The hotel management is so shrewd. We booked hotel for 4 days and made payment for first as we confirmed and talked to manager. On the second day they phoned and tell that that the price is hiked for next days. It's totally trap . Even when we phoned the main head , they both ( head and manager) were making responsible each other. We checked out . Secondly it's not near mall road, no scenic beauty. And stinky street full of foul smell nearby . The bed sheet was dirty .Electricity flactuation was another issue. Television was also not working.

Good place to stay near Mall Road. 10 minute walk to Mall road. Budget friendly. Cosy place. Room size is good. Service is bit laid back but Ok. The highlight is the Rooftop but they don't serve you there. Over all good experience. Staff is good and very helpful. Be ready to get delayed room service due to limited staff. But that is acceptable in the price range and other benefits.

Travellers - location is really horrible - my car was stuck on the road towards the hotel in snow , there was no communication from hotel staff or not even any help. There is no central heating system as per the name, only ac that also doesn't work in the cold weather. There are still better options at this price range.

Rooms are Very Good to stay. But staff and service about the point of waiting for everything needs. Location is near to Mall road by 5-10 min. walking but inside the Village area.

1- It's my first time in manali and had the worst experience at this hotel.. the receptionist she was so rude , she hanged up the hotel room phone on me because I told her to speak in English as I don't understand, she didn't even try to know what I want or give it to someone who can communicate with me , for English speakers I don't recommend u go there or else take a hindi course before you go and we didn't even had hot water in our bathroom (it's 0 degrees c here )

They have great great service and very affordable and best rooms , very worth for that money , i suggest you to take rooms by visiting it or contact directly,as first we checked in from make my trip for 1 day as we were not sure then following day we extend room for more 1 and half day they charged less price then online and it has a beautiful view on terrace it may be 4-5 mins from mall road it's totally worth it

Worst ever hotel in Manali. They have asked me to pay extra Rs.889 for no reason. The staff is very rude. If you came here for enjoyment then don't take this hotel. Over priced + Looters + Bad Location + Water bottle extra charges then MRP. EVERYTHING WORST.

Unable to give us directions, called 3 times the reception and they gave me 3 different hotel names and none were listed on internet...they told me to take a taxi ! We are traveling by car... totaly hopeless staff and certainly management...had to find another hotel!
