Disappointing Stay at Tripli Hotels Stonehouse Cottages Manali. My recent 3-day stay at Tripli Hotels Stonehouse Cottages in Manali was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. On the positive side, the rooms themselves were neat and spacious, offering a pleasant view of the surrounding landscape. Furthermore, the staff I interacted with were generally helpful and courteous except the reception manager. The numerous problems we encountered significantly detracted from our overall experience. Our booking for two rooms with balconies was not honored initially. We were provided with only one room featuring a balcony and had to follow up to finally be shifted to the correctly booked room on our second day. This initial discrepancy was inconvenient and disappointing. More concerning was the complete lack of water supply in both our rooms (only hot water was available) for an entire day. Despite repeated assurances from the manager that the water would return in "5-10 minutes," this issue persisted until the following morning. This caused considerable discomfort and inconvenience. Adding to the frustration, the cable television connection in the rooms was inactive upon our arrival. While it was eventually activated after our request, one particular evening was quite unpleasant. Children were upset due to no cable connection, and despite multiple calls for assistance, the cable remained inactive until the next morning. This lack of prompt attention was quite frustrating. Finally, the checkout process presented another significant issue. Upon reviewing our bill, we discovered several items that we had not ordered. It required a thorough check and subsequent refund from the hotel to rectify this error. While the neatness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff are commendable, the significant issues we faced - the incorrect room allocation, the day-long absence of water supply, the delayed cable activation, and the billing discrepancies - ultimately made our stay at Tripli Hotel Stonehouse Cottages a disappointing one. I hope the management addresses these shortcomings to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Good budget friendly hotel and supportive staff. Overall good hotel. We are total 4 adults and 2 kids. We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for 5 nights. Our experience in this hotel is very comfortable. All staffs are supportive and friendly nature.

Hotel is nice...Staff is cooperative...cons is it's location. Cab dependency is not the favourable thing. Also the food is 3.5 out of 5. Taste is good but variety is less. Overall you can go if looking for a peaceful location since the view from our room was very serene...

I had a great stay at Tripli Hotels during my visit to Manali. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful views of the mountains. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the stay. I especially appreciated their flexibility with check-in and check-out timings. The food at the in-house restaurant was tasty, though a bit on the pricier side. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing experience - would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Manali!

We stayed at Tripli Stone House Cottage in February 2025. The room was good but small though the balcony had a nice view. The bedsheets were not very clean and that was bit disappointing. The location is great as well esp if you'd plan to visit Sethan. Staff was friendly and overall it was an ok experience.

I'll try to keep the review short in bullets * The hotel has fake and forged reviews please don't trust that. The person Rohit (so called their operations manager) was very rude, unapologetic and did not care even twice before speaking. *If you're with family and friends and want to ruin your stay in such a pleasant town avoid them at any cost. *They have three 3 locations gurudwara (closest to mall road and main one) , prini (other side to bees river manali) and one more . They take the booking in the name of mall road location and then don't even cancel, even the Agoda, MMT people were ready to cancel but this Guy Rohit simply said accepted he is looting the money

Our stay here was amazing. The rooms are quite clean. Hotel staff is also very friendly. The manager there Mr. Vijay Negi was also very cooperative during our stay. The views from the balcony are mesmerising. Overall its was an outstanding experience.
