I recently stayed at ArtBuzz Manali from 10th April 2024 to 12th April 2024, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Here are the key issues I faced during my stay: 1.Reception Issues: Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception to assist us. Throughout the stay, the reception desk was often unattended, making it impossible to seek help when needed. 2 Room Cleanliness: The room allocated to us was not properly cleaned, which was unacceptable and far below basic standards of hospitality. 3.Service Problems: When I tried ordering tea in the room, the staff rudely instructed me to go to the reception and place the order there before abruptly hanging up. Even after complaining via WhatsApp, it took an unusually long time for us to receive our tea. Additionally, on the second day of our stay, there was no refill provided for coffee, tea, or milk powder in the room. 4.Violation of Silent Hours: Despite property rules stating that silent hours begin at 10 PM, guests partied near the bonfire with loud music and liquor until 1-2 AM, causing significant disturbance. 5.Key Mismanagement After Checkout: On the day of checkout (12th April), we left early in the morning after clearing our bill and informed the reception staff that we had left the room keys inside the room. We waited at reception for nearly an hour for our car, during which no one mentioned any issue regarding missing keys. However, after we left, I began receiving continuous calls from staff claiming the keys were missing and demanding payment for changing the door lock. This is unacceptable as their negligence in checking the room during checkout or while we were still present caused this issue. 6.Reception Staff's Carelessness: During my stay, I witnessed another instance of unprofessionalism when a guest checking in was given keys to an already-occupied room (204). The staff later apologized and clarified that her room was actually 203. Such incidents highlight their lack of attention to detail. 7.Road Conditions: The road leading to the property is in terrible condition, making it very difficult and unpleasant to reach. This has been by far my worst hotel experience ever. The staff's negligence and unprofessional behavior made our stay highly uncomfortable. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately and improve their services. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay in Manali.There are plenty of other properties in Manali with much better services and much lesser price.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, cozy, and the vibe was super friendly. It's in a great location, close to all the major spots, and the common areas made it easy to meet other travelers. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and social spot!

Loved the place and vibe here! Felt so relaxed and peaceful, the views from here were so beautiful; mountains, trees and Joghni waterfalls from the balcony . The staff is also pretty good and welcoming. This stay shouldn't be missed if you're visiting Manali!

Wonderful Stay at Art Buzz! Our stay at Art Buzz in Manali was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered stunning mountain views. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home.

This was a complete disappointment. The management was chaotic, with visible infighting among the staff. There was no hot water, no electricity, and no power backup. When I requested to get warm drinking water atleast, I was sent from one staff member to another without ever receiving it. No locker was provided for valuables--I had to either carry them around or leave them at the reception. Even though a locker was available, they claimed the key was lost. We asked to change rooms due to these issues, but they flat-out refused. On top of it all, you're stuck ordering their overpriced food. If you're the kind of person who doesn't mind horrible service and just wants a place to cause some nuisance, then this place might actually work for you. Otherwise, stay far away!
