The Orchid Hotel Manali

On a genuine review, property is very nice maintained, even every staff member staring from reception, kitchen and housekeeping everyone is extra nice and co-operative, they were not serving breakfast in buffet because of less occupancy, but it does not mean breakfast was not good in these situation they customize menu at its best and everything is avaliable as per buffet you can eat in restaurant and can order anything I have ordered Pan Cake and dosa which was very delicious and again staff is very nice, loved to enjoy 1st holiday here.

We were stuck in manali as our car got discharged, however we are happy to share that the entire management helped us to get our EV charge and helped us in that situation. They pro actively asked us if we have any other challenge. Best hospitality service, awesome management. Thanks to everyone there.

I am a doctor. I booked room in this hotel for 2 days on 15 and 16 april 2025 in room no 102 and 202 but because of rude behaviour of staffs especially the restaurant we had to leave the hotel at 11 in night. Moreover food is below standard. Over rated hotel in all with a lot of charges . May be paid rating . There are many better hotels in half the charges. This hotel psychologically ruined our vacation. Think twice before booking.

We enjoy our stay without any issues and service is good. Hotel staff is very friendly and always available for service.

DON'T GET MISLED BY POSITIVE REVIEWS OF THIS PROPERTY. IT IS VERY MISLEADING. A very average property. Not worth the money. Hotel front desk service and receiving service so bad. No one was there to help with luggages when we arrived in the lobby, later some people came and none we welcoming . I didn't find it clean at all for a 4* hotel. They advertise as 5* but actually they are 4* but in my review it will be a low 3* or 2*. I was charged when i booked a month ago directly with them claiming it is is best price. But the price dropped considerably with I checked in and I was overcharged almost 40% more a month ago. I found this disappointing. Since there is low occupancy no buffet breakfast or no buffet dinner. They gave an alternate menu which is very basic. Food quality average. The bathroom water flow is so slow it drains 5 mins after bath. I will not recommend this for anyone. Don't go by the positive reviews it is misleading for this property.

A luxury hotel worth every penny. Location is perfect on naggar road and their rooms are beautiful and luxurious especially the delux ones with beautiful mountain views. The food was really good and cooked as per our special reauests. Kudos to their Chef Santosh for such good food. Recommended for luxury stays in manali. The only complaint is they need to keep their pool clean

It was a very nice experience. We stayed here for three nights during New year's time and although the price was a bit high, the services and the coziness justified it. We loved it more because it was away from hustle bustle of old Manali and is a peaceful area.

Stay was good and comfortable but it surely lacked in service. Shower gel was not filled at the time we arrived.
