A memorable stay, a wonderful experience! The set up at Storii is beautiful with the snow covered mountains overlooking the beautiful wooden cottages, the rooms were spacious, we got interconnected rooms for our family. Likely, we were the only guests in the property as they had some planned renovation for the week, which to their credit, they had informed us, but we chose to keep the booking as only their restaurant was unavailable and we could get room services and there was no disturbance whatsoever because of that. The property is average sized, so if all the rooms are full, it might feel cramped, but we can't say that as we had the full elite experience. Beautiful flowering apple trees, natural stream running midway through the property, courteous and polite staff, the whole package made our stay at Manali worthwhile. The food was decent and we would considering returning back to Storii for our next visit. We misplaced some item and they found it and kindly offered to courier it to us. Thanks for the service

My stay at the resort was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in exceptional hospitality and stunning surroundings. The luxurious accommodations and delicious dining exceeded my expectations, creating a truly relaxing and rejuvenating escape. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making for a memorable and wonderful experience I won't soon forget.

The view is beautiful and the grounds are nice, reception is also good but otherwise, it's lacking big time. We paid a LOT of money to stay here per night and it's wasn't worth it at all. Breakfast is lacking, stale items, slow service, etc. We got a duplex for four people and it had only a king bed and cot. Should have had two cots for the kids. Walls are thin and you hear all noises at night. Bathroom is very cold all the time. Insects were inside our room. We paid 3x what it is worth. If I paid 1/3 of the price, I would be very happy. I will be calling ITC to complain directly.

Excellent view from rooms. You don't even need to step outside and yet you will be in a fairy tale. Their hospitality is great. Some of the awesome snow points are only an hour drive if you start early in the day.

We came here in peak snow area. We took 2 days to reach here but after that the experience was mind blowing |We just didn't need to go anywhere. Baldev at restaurant was V kind and helpful. Food was excellent. They made almost everything in jain for us. |The staff is always welcoming and listening tonight requests with a smile. |Mr Akhil n Mary were v helpful to help us reach on time. |Our room base category was under maintenance so they upgraded us to superior brook side 17 No n the view was out of a fairy tale. Decided that don't need to go to Lapland now after this fairy tale. |Also planning to celebrate my daughters bday here today and plan to eat the local dessert bhagsug cake. Looking forward. ||Room was spacious. Bathroom was nice. Heaters were good. Looking forward to come here again to enjoy Solang as it was shut this time. ||Even in snow their room service was fast n food was hot. ||It was just perfect.

The place and ambiance are outstanding. Every little detail is well thought out, from the breathtaking mountain views to the beautifully designed rooms and the overall escapade. It's a stunning property, no doubt. But a great hotel is not just about its location or decor--it's the people who make the experience. And this is where Urvashi ITC Manali failed miserably. I had a remarkably funny experience today on 30 Mar 25. I visited with my wife and kid for a coffee, drawn in by the glowing reviews. All credits where due, The property turned out to be even more beautiful than expected. A high tea was happening in the garden, and we decided to join in to soak in the sunshine and ambiance. A special mention to Mr. Mahendra at the kiosk--he served us well and with a cheerful attitude. Then came the complete contrasting experience. A steward, Mr. Baldev, stormed up to us as if he was catching trespassers, demanding to know our room number. When I told him we were walk-in guests, his expression and tone were shockingly rude. He made it clear that the restaurant was closed for walk-ins and, with a condescending smirk, told me I would be "charged" for what we had. Of course, I expected to pay--I wasn't here for free langar! But if I'm a paying guest, why was I treated with such hostility? The whole situation was embarrassing in front of my family. People pay after the food, correct? So what's going on in here. To make matters worse, the lady at the restaurant acted like she was escorting a convict to the cashier. No greeting, no eye contact, just cold and dismissive behavior. It was almost comical. A property like this deserves staff that match its beauty. Unfortunately, the team here lacks basic hospitality skills. It's a shame because the place itself is magical. But what's the point of spending so much on a premium stay if the people make you feel unwelcome? Go for the views, but don't expect five-star hospitality. Aapki izzat aapke haathon me hai --spend wisely, to avoid humor at your own expense. Not visiting again, and certainly not recommending. There are other properties with a healthy balance of views and sensitivity. Edit:- The reply of the unprofessional foul mouthed hotelier says it all, which can be read from all the other replies to the negative reviews. If you don't have the courage to listen to honest critique, hospitality is going to be a difficult terrain ahead. ITC would be having second thoughts kaha fas gye :)

ITC Stori is a blissful property in Manali. Property has a beautiful lawns, lovely rooms with Mountain View's. One can spend a full day on the property especially if you have kids - cycling, pool table, table tennis and lots of stuff.||The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. ||The food menu is vast and it's delicious, cooked from the heart. In breakfast we got amazing dosas, paranthas and the jams are to die for.

Urvashi's Retreat is one of the best properties I ever visited in India. There are many highlights:||- Location: Away from typical Manali's crowded areas. It is perfectly located in valley on a quite road. The views are splendid with snow capped mountains on all sides. The area is dotted with apple orchards, including the one inside the property||- Hospitality: Each member of the staff deserves a mention here, smiles all around, every helping, and everybody makes sure that you are treated well and pampered.||- Food: Too Good! ||We stayed in Rohtang duplex, which is amazing in every sense - Architecture, Spacious, views! ||Cherry on cake is the story behind Storii, it is a tread to read it all in reception area or over a chat with Urvashi.||Priyanshu & Baldev at resturant makes sure that you have all the attention and any request is well taken care off. Ansh at reception does a splendid job!||We will definitely visit again, and again, and again. ||I am attaching few pictures from this beautiful property! Urvashi ji if you need high resolution images of these (any many more) pls let me know.
