They are irresponsible. They couldn't even bother to repair the hot water tap despite several requests, temperature being minus six degrees, despite being given the possession of the keys. Also, even basic first aid kit is not available. We were told to pay for the disposable bathroom slippers, which every resort is actually supposed to provide. Then they have just provided a thin blanket in this weather. When asked to provide more, they just said that they don't actually have the requisite supply.

Hotel lacks in basic amenities like towels, toilet paper, Hand wash etc, less staff, I had to wait for an hour to get my luggage in the room.

Its a budget friendly hotel located near beas river. Pretty old hotel, not very well maintained.

Resort was near about inaccessible for a outsider tourist. Joining road was not properly constructed. First impression after reaching resort was quite good as attractive look from outside and attractive reception but when I entered to my deluxe room I was thrown out from my imagination. Bedding was smelling foul. Both main Door and bathroom door latch were broken. Tower bolt was quite difficult to use. False ceiling was also open. Walls was present with stains of Pan Masala spitting. Food was also not good that's why we took our breakfast from outside.

The temperature was -3 we were not provided they were charging us money for heater in such cold temperature Each hotel provides heater for free

Scary!! Abandoned!!! Creepy!!! Something definitely wrong (fishy) Vibes are too negative. We had pre-booked this property but upon reaching, we considered it better to leave the location as there was no light and no evidence of hotel staff. Approach to the resort is also very bad.

The location is pathetic,the road connecting to the property is damaged, and there is no proper pathway to the hotel. The hotel is deserted, with no staff, and the building's condition is poor. Upon reaching the property, there was no electricity, leading to the cancellation of my booking. The property appeared haunted and ghostly, with no one present. No refund was issued, and the travel partner did not respond. It was a waste of 3k; please avoid booking this property."

Perfect location means peaceful and comfortable premise &staff and management is very humble.food quality is best and view from room
