Snow Bloom Resort

This is a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star as advertised. I recently stayed here through a booking made by *Kings Hill Travel*, which listed it as a 4-star property. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect that rating--service and food were below expectations. The room lacked basic amenities like complimentary coffee, tea, or bottled water, and there was no proper furniture or dressing table provided. I personally wouldn't recommend staying here. It would be wise to consider other hotel options or consult a more reliable tour planner for a better experience.

Food was good rooms are not in good condition at the time of my arrival... After complaining it gets ok but still lot of things which are not provided by the hotel as a complimentary things... The only thing which i experienced good was food.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious and tasty. The taste will never disappoint you at this restaurant. The serving staff is also excellent

The staff members were exceptionally friendly and polite . The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attached bathrooms that are clean and well-maintained. Each room also has a TV, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

We came with our driver and the owner of this hotel is very rude that he kicked the driver out and said get out. The owner and service are worst. And the food they compromise a lot. They will give you a very little and keep the rest with them Worst to be called a 4 star hotel.

worst rooms, no neatness everywhere there is no neatness of the bedsheets. donno how people has given 5 stars. i was planned a tour from KingsHills travels . the kinghill travels has provided this hotel stay. worst rooms was provided. all couples has faced this issue.
